I woke up at the sound of the alarm clock and opened my eyes. It took me a moment to remember where I was - my surroundings looked nothing like my old tiny room in the city. Thank you so much! Yes, Brandon is trying a new approach but we'll see how far he's willing to go. Alex will definitely have some more challenges ahead of him. Yes, that's exactly why. In one of the early drafts, I planned to have Alex working for Jeremy at some point, but then I chose against it.

Ohhh I do like Chip a lot! He is like a more polite Veikko, but still fiery! I may be wrong, but I agree with Seth, I don't think Chip is experienced enough to win the tournament. But the most important match will be between the two of them. Awesome chapter!

Hahaha even though Tom has a much bigger dog, as you'll see in a few chapters, I'm sure he loves Jack Russell Terriers too. Thank you very much! Stay tuned and find out. My sources tell me that the teacher before him moved away so that was the only job position available - he didn't really get a chance to choose. Yeah, there are lots of adjustments Charlie will have to make going forward. I'm sure Tom will help him and earn those points.

Thank you!! Exactly, Brandon seems to know he and Alex are two different worlds, so now he's trying to present himself in a different light. Alex's parents probably have/had too much faith in him. We'll see what happens if he repeats his mistakes.

Over the next few weeks, Alex and Jeremy have unconsciously settled into a nice, comfortable routine of seeing each other at least two or three times a week - whenever their schedules allowed it.
