It's probably going to take Caleb a little while longer before he gets to a point where he's proud of himself again. I think he needs to do something that will make him feel worthy of that pride. Not having the poison will go a long way in allowing himself to actually feel the pride when it does happen.

Their relationship is unique in this series. I think it has some nuances that the others can't even come close to. It's the kind of relationship I wish Kage could have experienced.

I'm just happy the chapter posted. I have no idea what the hell is going on with T-Mobile, but I had no 5G, no mobile hot-spot and if I hadn't had a book already downloaded onto Audible I may have gone mad today. Why am I paying an arm and a leg for cell phones again??
