All around good chapter. Will has a much better handle on sorting things out in his head rather than just reacting. It seems to be influencing Travis too. Happy to see Kevin doing so much better!

She'll play a role in the next story. My brain still needs to develop her character some more. Right now she's sort of quiet. I'm sure she'll speak up. She strikes me as one of those "quiet but don't mess with her" types.

Quick fact.... Blue and orange are the school colors of the University of Florida. (UF). They suck. Green and orange are the school colors of the University of Miami. They suck worse. Garnet and gold are the school colors of Florida State University. They are the only ones who matter. GO NOLES!

Thanks Chris! I'm happy with the way the chapter came out. It's hard making the decision to hit delete on something, but the original draft needed to go. Mama is turning out to be a fun character!

Luckily we don't have a gator in our lake anymore. Most of the snakes are black racers. It's the damn "palmetto bugs" that I hate. They're not bugs. They're goddamn giant freaking roaches. Ew.

This chapter was a whirlwind to rewrite. Not one sentence of the original draft survived. I'm so glad I did it though, Mama's scene made the chapter. Mother's intuition rules. I haven't written too much about the trauma the twins endured. It's there. It is part of them. We just need a reminder now and then. The cat and mouse game is in a stare-down.

Thanks! I'm happy for the promotion! I still have a some things to work on before Signature. From my understanding Classic is for those authors who no longer post for whatever reason. The pack induction, Elena, and Elijah’s reveal were a few of the loose ends that needed attention. Everyone needs a first kiss too. Huntington needed to stage his own death in the human world so he can plan his attack. Enya needed an introduction and I think Cassiel was curious about the Sentinels. Trevor was seedy enough to make the truth work in his favor but he probably didn't know Enya had the secondary ability. More likely, she made the lies work in her favor.
