The schedule is absolutely going to be off kilter for a couple of weeks. I'm usually at least 3 chapters ahead with edits. The next one is just going into second editing and beta-ing today. It'll eventually get sorted out. Alaska was amazing. I'll try to post a blog detailing our adventures later this week. ❤

Yes, I'm that twisted. No need to point it out. Sky is blue. Hell is hot. Duh. 🤣 A cure is looking less and less likely. So whatever could she have planned? More experiments? A mutated virus? An alien race showing up and abducting all the pups? A miracle? Maybe all the hybrids will rise up and take over the shifter and human world. There is still a whole other story to write... hmmmm 🤔🤔 Elijah better start listening to his internal heater.

I still find it odd how different the changes are for each pup. Goes to show you how messed up it was in the first place to screw around with their DNA. What's the old commercial saying? It's not nice to fool with Mother Nature!

I have one of those foot massager things that you stick your feet in and it squeezes the bejeezus out of them. It's on my agenda dor today while I edit a few more chapters. Cameron is a really sweet kid. A little too young though to be finding his mate so soon. Maybe a future story idea? Who knows?

We still have a lot of clean up to do. My yard is a mess but will have to wait until the parks are done. We were all going to work today but the owner said everyone was to take the day off to rest. Ft. Myers and Sanibel are 50ish miles south of me. That's how close we came to total devastation here. Freaking scary.

Tyler nearly jumped out of his skin when wings beat against the window of the van. He'd been sitting in a semi-stupor with the AC on, the late heat of the day just starting to loosen its grip. I had no idea when I wrote this how much impact it would have. I wrote it in about a week and after sending it through editing and then fixing some issues and submitting it to the anthology team I had second thoughts and wished I could have edited it some more. In hindsight I'm now glad I didn't. The story is exactly how it needed to be. Thanks for reading and feel free to leave a review. (Something a certain editor who goes by @Carlos Hazday never bothered to do....geesh... might have to banish him to his own "special" corner)
