Food... what can I say? You should know better by now not to start reading one of my chapters without a snack at least.
Kage knows Tyler is a fixture in Elijah's life. He's longing for something similar in his.
Pretty sure Banner special orders his pants. I've never seen anything remotely close on Amazon.
Pretty sure some rating changes would be needed if my version were used in the movies..🤣🤣
Slowly but surely, Elijah is moving on to truly bring an adult. He's had a lot thrown at him in a very short amount of time.
Elijah has a very subtle, but warped sense of humor lol.
Kage has blinders on when it comes to what he wants. We'll see how long that lasts.
Night swimming as a shark with a sexy shadow trailing you is a fantastic first date!
You have doubts I can pull off sex on the beach.... pfft! Ye have little faith.
I'm not sure Elijah even realizes exactly what he's reeled in and Kage doesn't recognize how emotional he can be. Should be interesting to see how the next few chapters play out.
Now the RV.... hmmm, interesting observation.
It was a fun chapter to write, it flowed easy and didn't need a whole helluva lot of changes before you got it.
Elijah and Kage both need to watch out for those pesky feels that keep popping up.
Where there's a will, there's a way. Mama could probably figure out a way to do an all-out Thanksgiving feast over the fire pit. Lasagna was easy, slice and freeze.
I knew there would be questions about the differences in the shifting abilities. What I came up with makes sense to me. I'm sure there's more to it, but leaving something to the imagination is a good thing.
Caffeine is the main priority. Had a bit of difficulty opening the eyes this morning. Next chapter is up. Enjoy! ( @chris191070 you can enjoy from the corner 😘🤭)
Kage tossed the loaded backpack into the back of Tyler’s Jeep. After the impromptu decision to take advantage of the unusually mild late winter weather, he and Elijah spent the past two days inspecting and airing out camping gear. It was easy enough to find after they had cleaned and organized Elijah’s cellar. Everything now had a designated storage spot down there.
They set up the two-man tents outside so they could air out, then washed the sleeping bags, and checked the rest of the gear
I actually did get a countertop icemaker and rearranged some stuff tonight so it can have a permanent home.
One of my maintenance guys is coming over on Saturday to build a closet for me in the living room. That will alleviate a lot of the remaining clutter. It will also give us a place to hang up our sweatshirts and jackets. Coat closets are not common in Florida.
Right now I would settle for space in my kitchen for a countertop ice maker. My husband has broken 4 ice cube trays so far. 🙄
The flip side of moving is unpacking. So far it's been really slow. I made good progress on Sunday then ran out of steam last night. Oh well, one box at a time!
Have a good day everyone!
Thank you molly. This is the most brilliant idea I've seen implemented in a long time. Just one life saved because someone manages to remember 3 numbers makes it totally worthwhile.
Will is well on his way to becoming a force to be reckoned with. He's learned how to tackle problems with a direct approach and for the most part, separate his emotions from the task at hand. It's amazing to see how much this gap year is contributing to his maturity.
