Well I bit the bullet and finally went to get a physical. I haven't seen a doctor in 3 years. It wasn’t as bad as I feared. Granted I still need to go get blood work done, and thanks to the plethora of snowbirds, the next available early morning appointment isn't until the end of next week. Those are the results that I'm a little afraid of. Can't worry about it right now though. I'm finally getting my knee looked at too, once I figure out which imaging center is in network with the insurance. I don't have the pain like I used to. I'm down 75lbs now since March and that's been a tremendous help, but it's really crunchy when I bend it and I feel like it's holding me back in my fitness goals. I hope everyone up north is weathering the cold OK. I think we've seen the last of 30 and 40 degree mornings for a while. Have a good rest of your week! ❤
