Rosie would be the quintessential Golden Retriever and love the puppy to death. Tater would be a little miffed at all the attention the puppy gets, but he'd get over it.

The spark started with a picture of a devil in the comments in @Mikiesboy's Drop in Center. From there it gnawed its way into my random thoughts. The story unfolded further when I walked my dogs in the evening until I had to write it or else my brain would have been in danger of exploding. Lucifer is rather insistent, he refused to be ignored. So my question is for @Mrsgnomie (because I know she'd hold a grudge if I didn't pick her. LOL!) We all have a character that ends up being completely different than what we first envisioned when starting a story. (Mine is Kage from Shadow Effect, which is currently in progress). Which of your characters surprised you and diverged from your original vision? This is a great idea @astone2292!

Chuckle for the day: Hubs and I were reminiscing about when our oldest was little and he would ask the most off the wall questions. "Mommy, how many stars are there?" If I didn't know the answer (which was most if the time) I'd make it up, i.e., 4,890,689,466. He'd say okay, and go on his merry way, none the wiser. Not even 5 minutes after our discussion, guess who calls? His question? "Mom, what's the ratio of milk to ice cream in a milkshake?" 🤣🤣 He's 24 now. I seriously love that kid. Hope everyone is having a good week!

I'm seriously convinced the hole in the ozone layer was solely created by the volume of Aquanet sprayed in the 80s. I personally emptied nearly an entire can on my head the night my friends and I went to see Billy Idol at the New Haven Coloseum. Spiked like you would not believe! We totally rocked it! Absolutely loved BCN. There was no other station that came close.

Will has truly inherited the savviest of traits from his elders. It never ceases to amaze me how one so young can have a grasp on things those of us much older struggle with. At least when it comes to matters such as businesses and boards. When sex is involved he's just a horny teenager. Loved Brad's letter. I think almost losing Jake has made him take a good long look at himself. Nice job Mark!

Better late than never. You did warn us though... lol. Hope you had a great time in London. The closest I've gotten was a connection thru Heathrow on my way to Madrid. I'll get there one of these days.

Okay, @Mrsgnomie and I hashed this one out. Technically Elijah can take the form of a woman, but on a cellular level he is still biologically male and can't produce estrogen. Therefore even though the equipment is present, it's only for show and not in any way functional.

I guess, technically speaking he could. But the real question would be what would happen if he couldn't hold the shift for that long? Could you imagine being 8.5 months preggo and shifting back to a guy? Where would the baby go? Might get messy. But then again.
