While y'all know I'm a native New England girl, I think I've picked up enough of the wicked awesome southern slang that I can at least translate with reasonable confidence.
Hmmm... I begrudgingly concede that the cat experience just might sway me to accept the critter as part of our family. However, I'll still be a dog person who likes one cat.
Also... who would choose a cat over Hogwarts? 😆🩷

In my defense I got her for my son and our little dog, Camden. He's been lonely since Zeke died last week.

In keeping with this year's newly revealed Secret Author theme, I thought I'd play a little game of 2 truths and a lie. Let's see if anyone gets it right.

No set plans.... yet. But I just may have done something absolutely crazy, even for me. I won't know until tomorrow though if it pans out.

I will be spending tomorrow morning making omelets for our Mothers Day breakfast at work. I think we have about 40 people coming.
Today I chopped onions and peppers and sautéed them a little so it'll speed up the process tomorrow. I also made a giant pan of hashbrown casserole. I'm sooo looking forward to that!
I'm taking Monday off for a "me" day. I plan on doing absolutely nothing. It's supposed to be rainy day... perfect for being lazy.
