Shots went OK. It's always uncomfortable getting them and I felt super light-headed because I hadn't eaten all day (no appetite because I still feel crappy). It takes a day or so for the steroids to really kick in but when they do, it lasts for several months. Luckily my rabies shot is up to date. 😆 I'm glad you're doing well. I'm proud of you. Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Job stress is one of the worst contributors to a host of all sorts of negative things. It's wonderful that you have this chance to not have to deal with it. I get the guilt though. With both maternity leaves I had, I still found myself feeling unsettled. The fact that you're sleeping better and feel better overall is awesome. My week is hectic. So much stuff going on and all of it stressful. On top of it, I feel horrible and both knees and the hip have decided to join the "Let's make K even more miserable this week." At least I have an appointment for shots on Friday. Hubby has his MRI tomorrow but we won't see his neuro-opthalmologist until the end of the month. Have a good week!

I hate to disappoint everyone but work life is once again getting in the way of being able to post. Tomorrow is a no-go. Too much stuff to do for a resident meeting tomorrow night. I'll shoot for Thursday. I feel like absolute crap. This is not a good week to get sick. Ugh.

Unfortunately, these situations are way too common. Child abusers either deny, deny, deny, or they do exactly what Lacy did-- apologize out the wahzoo and then do the same shit over and over. No child should have to live with either reality. As for the abusers.... I don't care what the excuse, they need to be locked up for life. If they need mental health care, they can get it in prison. Sore subject for me. Hopping off the soapbox now. I do think Dylan should get full custody, but in the real world it's not always that cut and dry. He also needs a good man. Obviously not Mr. Tim. -

Is there a fictional character you look up to? Who is it? I admire the character Jethro Gibbs from NCIS. The flawed character has faced many personal setbacks, yet still manages to carry on with life and lend support to others. If admiration is looking up to someone then it is Jethro. Obviously, NOT @Mrsgnomie

It's undoubtedly the work of Huntington. It's also a good bet that he has people watching what goes on in Sebastian’s pack just like Sebastian has Lex spying for him. It's taken me years to get past the guilt. The way that the church brainwashed you into their beliefs is wrong. Unfortunately, it's a repetitive cycle in religion-- teach them young and 'pray' they don't question what is taught. Your MIL is missing out on so much because of her beliefs. Thanks Knowing him it's probably deep fried and smothered in cheese.
