5th May 1991: Part 1 It took forever for me to fall asleep last night after I finished… you know what. I thought it would have made me sleepy as it usually does, but no. I have always been too scared to do it during the day due to the risk of slipping off to sleep because my energy levels would just go from 100% to 0%. It usually zaps all my energy. 4th May 1991: Part 2 Okay, well, today was… scary, but at the same time, it was one of the weirdest days I have ever experienced in my entire life. I'm not sure how to sum it up. It is almost like I didn't want to be around Ross, in case I gave up a part of my identity in a misinterpreted moment. I mean, I didn't want him knowing that I am gay. At least, not until I got to know him better... or figure out that he also plays on the same team as me. Until then, everything I want to say

My review from kindle: Great prequel to the story shelter, where we are introduced to the silent boy Walker. I like his character in the main series, and was curious to know more, and this story didn’t disappoint. It’s full of tension, action and chaos. Certainly worth the read.

My review from Kindle: I really liked this introduction to Donovan, I think he’ll easily become my favourite character in the series. He’s quick witted, resourceful and caring. The sarcasm is an added bonus. Seeing the world go to hell in glorious chaos , created by comicality is just awesome. Certainly worth the read. Plenty of suspense, a side bit of brooding and romance, and plenty of horror.

This story is going back about five years, so its probably a bit dated compared to my newer content, but I found writing diary entries easier than writing first person lol. Thanks for the comment.

The comment about nipples was more a of a light teasing. Its in the same manner as if someone in your friends or family take of their shirt, and somebody in a group setting will whistle for comedic effect. And with family and friends, you'll naturally feel more comfortable, vs a stranger who you'll eventually grow to have a crush on.

3rd May 1991: Part 3 Okay, I know I've written more than usual today, but I thought this was quite strange. So, I have to write it before I forget. The time is 12:02 AM, technically May 4th, and my next-door neighbours are awake… They're like old and stuff. I mean, the O' Sullivans are nice, but they are never up at this hour. I thought they were asleep already as they usually have lights out at ten o'clock. Still, it surprised me when they pulled into the driveway and made a loud ruck

Hot friends are so difficult when you're younger, you want to be their friend because you like them, but it's made more difficult by their beauty. Yes, the Walkman will be a mystery to some in a few years, and the story is set in Ireland, where I live. Some allowances are taken from British english, so some words might have the same context.

Two entries in the one day, I'm on a role. After I got out of bed, I had my shower and sort of spent a little more time than usual in there . I mean, a boy has needs, if you get my drift. Hope you enjoy the coming entires. This story is one of my older ones, and folks still mention how they liked it. So, I figured, I'd add the updated version one year after I officially published the project in 2022.

2nd May, 1991 I don't know why Eli is such a dick; that was such a down-low thing to do. I didn't punch that weird kid from town—the one with the bubbling snot or greasy hair... honest. Why can't my Mam just accept the facts, her son is not guilty all the time? Another topic worth talking about is that downright manky smell that farmers are spraying all over the fields. @Danilo Syrtis @weinerdog @drsawzall @wenmale64 Friendships can fix a lot of things, and make folks feel less alone. I think the premise for me in this story was to have Caleb not care. I think that’s one thing that can be done about the whole coming out thing. If we keep treating it like a big thing, it will always be. To make it more commonplace, we need just let it be common knowledge, like an alright mentality. Thanks for reading Fingers crossed that it happens sooner, where people don’t feel forced to come out, and folks are not so caught up in something that has nothing to do with them.
