  1. All the fives... Page 555 5/6th of the way to the number of the beast. 😈 😇
  2. Assuming we're talking about the same thing... Have you heard this one?
  3. All good here as well, thanks. All the better for hearing you got away from Wallace!
  4. So, how ya today, Albert?
  5. ¡Albert, mi joven amigo! ¿Cómo estás?
  6. I can't help wondering whose life might be being threatened... yours or someone else's.
  7. Hi right bakatya, Caz!
  8. I started a to-do list once. Until I ran out of paper....

    The Fix

Sometimes I wonder if every bit of advice that Uncle Farid gives is the best advice. But I was happy that Kyle's mum is so understanding. Great that Greg opened up to Kyle. I think that actually verbalising the reason for the phoenix tattoo may have been an important step in his recovery. I'm just hoping that Greg's plan to fix what he knows to be broken is a properly thought out one... ---------------------------------------------------------------- Another great chapter, Jason!
  10. Hey yourself, Page? How the divil are ye?
  11. But there's some days when I feel a lot older! (And many a day a hell of a lot younger...)

    Chapter 15

I'm not giving up on Kyle yet. The look that he had on his face when Cameron was leaving the house could just as likely have been caused because of what Mr Harris had done.
  13. Well the evening's not turned out as bright as the day was, so I may give it a miss (was gonna say "give it a rain check" this time - but it's not actually raining). *Mental Note To Self* Maybe I should try getting up earlier and see if there's better light at sunrise and early morning...
  14. I believe you (even if thousands won't)
  15. I like the interplay of light and shadow in that photograph...
  16. Good afternoon, Gary dude. Maybe. Have to get my 6/52 landscape photograph done before Friday - and have a few other things that will get in the way over the next few days. (I've entered a 'competition' that the camera club I'm in runs every year, where we have to take and display one new photograph each week for 52 weeks. I've decided to do landscapes this year.)
  17. That couldn't have been easy... Losing him when you were so young. But yea - the world, and life, has to go on.
  18. And I'm now two years older than my dad was when he left us (stomach cancer). He would have been a hundred years old last October.
  19. Yea. I'm not doing too badly - for someone just six months away from his 72nd birthday.
  20. It's good to know that it's only a virus. They can be nasty little buggers at times, but hopefully the antiemetic will enable you eat a bit better and give your body the strength to fight the virus. I'm good, thanks. Was chatting briefly with my GP yesterday. He was happy enough with the results of my blood tests from last week. Nothing untoward turned up in the results, although he did say that my cholesterol level has increased a little since the tests from half a year ago. He wasn't too concerned about that, though.
  21. Afternoon, Thorn. Hope all went well with the GP. Hey dug! 9oC (42oF) here, but bright and sunny.
  22. Schlaf gut und süße Träume! Sleep well, and sweet dreams!
  23. I did, Thorn.
  24. I may just have to side with the mugwump here....
  25. Huggles and snuggles, @Thorn Wilde Pamper yourself. Hope you feel better on the morrow.
