I'm glad he's growing on you. 😌 There's more on the way! Thanks for writing!

It's early for me, but I'm gonna go lay down and read for a while. Goodnight, everybody. Dream beautiful things.

I take all of that as a compliment. 😊 Thanks for reading and commenting, and there’s more weird on the way.

This is definitely a freak-filled tale. But I’m cutting loose on the sex. And it’s FUN...at least for me.

There’s a lot more to get to, so hang on to your flannel shirt. Larry and Maurice both have their roles to play. And a beast can be tamed a number of different ways - sometimes with a pat on the head, other times by gripping him by the scruff of his neck. 😈

Thanks. 😊. I’m working on those descriptions! Mac inspired me to be better at them, so here we are. I’m glad you’re enjoying the story. There’s more weirdness to come.

Thanks, Chris. Yup, weirdness. And there will be additional weirdness, so just hang on. Jed got to let the monster out, and Wolfgang seems no worse off for it. Jed seemed worried, though. Wonder why?

Monday, April 8th Jed watched Wolfgang as he shook hands with Larry. The beast was suddenly attentive, and the combination of stress hormone, posture, and other tiny cues in Jed's slim companion drew its interest. Wolfgang swallowed, displayed a semblance of composure and slowly nodded. "Anyway, we'll be sure to stay out of the way." Wolfgang moved his jaw as if he tried to suss out a sore tooth, then he released Larry's hand and managed a smile. Larry nodded once, then went back to lead

Let's just say "yes". lol

Hehehe. Yeah. He hasn't seen the fella in five years. And Caleb did just a bit of, ah, growing. Beecher was nobody's fool. Though gone, it doesn't make him any less important in Wren's life. We'll have to see what happens between those two - if anything. Never know. I love introducing characters late into a story, so we'll have to see. Hehehe

I'm already writing a very pervy story in Silverwolf. Not my regular fare, so you'll have to be happy with that one for something high on the erotic meter.

Ah, it's all so complicated, huh? Emotions, desire, family history, social pressures. It's a roiling mess of stuff. Travis is definitely a confused guy. There's no doubt there. And Wren is happy to be in the place of his birth. He isn't quite sure he can really call it home, though. He is what he is, and he doesn't really think there's a place for him there.

Good night, tim.

Thanks for reading/commenting! Mr. Branson does indeed come up again, though it may not be in the capacity you think. 😉 Wren is a complicated guy. He's struggling, and when a person struggles ... well, you sometimes see some raw parts of them that otherwise wouldn't be exposed. There's more to come for Mr. Wren.

Have a good, disconnected day!

So it's a refrigerator. Ugh. I hope you're someplace warm soon, Mac. Doing well here. Hungry, but that's all right. That'll be fixed soon.

Goodnight, molly.

Night, Parker.

Goodnight, tim.

The husband is at work late. There's no reason for me to not be writing. Except that I'm playing with my cats.

Night, Thorn!

Okay, I'm going to give you kudos, even if you did give them to yourself already. 😋 Yes, you were right about Wren's reaction. I realize that I showed that card, but ... I didn't really care. Hehehe. This one, papaw even having a will ... that one is a little different for me. Most folks where I'm from don't do wills at all. The family gets what they've left behind, and it's usually an amicable sort of split among children/surviving siblings. So that Beecher would have a will was SPECIFICALLY to keep his sons from getting that land. It was very intentional, and quite a slap in their faces. Hah! The main chemical used in tobacco farming is ammonium nitrate. BAGS of it are used per field. The amount of nitrogen used by tobacco is wild. But after about three years, there's so much of the stuff in the soil that it begins to burn the roots of plants, and it kills the natural biota in the dirt. It can take years to recover if you don't rotate every two years or so. The land can bounce back fast if you rotate crops. It's harder if you just keep piling on the fertilizer to squeeze one more year out of an overused plot. A smart investor would be buying plots of land that need remediation. It can be done, but it would take a few years to realize a return on the investment.

Good. Take care of yourself, man. Sometimes that means disconnecting. 🙂

I miss simple carbs. *sigh*

Well, I’m persistent when I want something. You’re a great writer, Mac. I’m not the only one to know that.
