  1. [Chris Everington] Paul is being an arsehole. He knows he’s in the wrong, and he doesn’t want to apologise. Dan has done absolutely nothing to justify Paul’s opinion of him. Paul keeps telling me that I just don’t have the experience that he has, but I still think I’m a good judge of people. Dan is not scum! If I was feeling generous, I’d blame Paul’s behaviour on the hangover he’s suffering from, but the way I’m feeling at the moment, I hope it gets worse. He just won’t listen to reason. I p
  2. [Paul Wilson] Fuck! Chris isn’t happy and he’s going to force me to talk to Dan. I was hoping to get out of lunch with the slimeball, but my boyfriend has other ideas. If I know Chris, he’s going to make sure I talk to Dan, and he’s not going to stop hassling me until I’ve done it. I don’t really have much choice…. 3. [Paul Wilson] Okay, maybe nothing happened last night. But that doesn’t mean he’s not going to try something later! I accused Dan of being gay last night, and he didn’t deny it. When I told him that if he laid one finger on Greg, I’d rip his balls off, all he did was look sheepish. He was thinking about it, and knew he’d been caught out. But, Chris doesn’t believe me. He thinks I should apologise to that scum. I may have to, for Chris’ sake, but I’m afraid that if I do so, Dan will just wait
  4. [Paul Wilson] Shit! I knew there was going to be trouble. Dan got Greg into his bed last night. Chris was telling me that I was going over the top, but here’s the proof that I wasn’t! Greg doesn’t seem to be bothered, so Dan probably did it while he was out cold. That slimeball is going to get smashed into little pieces the next time I see him…. 5. [Chris Everington] Despite a hangover from hell, as he called it this morning, Paul insisted on us getting up early so we could try to catch Greg before his lesson. Paul’s concerned that Dan may have molested Greg last night, while he wasn’t able to fend him off. I don’t believe it, but I can’t shake Paul out of this irrational distrust of Dan. After his outburst last night, I’m concerned that Paul is becoming paranoid. At least he voiced his accusations while Greg wasn’t in the room. Dan did
  6. [Garret French] While I’m here, I’m going to have to see if I can wipe my own arse yet. I don’t want to go through another episode like yesterday’s. I wouldn’t ask a girl to do it, either. I can’t see how they could retain any romantic thoughts about me after they’ve done that. My balls don’t seem to be as swollen as they were, but they’re still pretty tender. Another day or two and I should be okay in that department. Then I might be able to get back to my other job – keeping the female gues
  7. [Garret French] Hmmmm. Despite a hangover, he’s still together enough to offer me breakfast. I wonder if I can impose on him to organise a nurse to look after me for the next few days. I can’t ask Dan – he just doesn’t appreciate a cute female nurse. Kelly’s just as bad. It’ll have to wait until later, though. Greg’s not up to doing much at the moment. 8. [Garret French] Greg had a really good time last night and now it’s payback time. I was impressed by the way Dan stopped Kelly from having her fun. I was expecting him to just sit back and watch. I don’t think he knew that I was awake when they came in last night, either. He could’ve taken advantage of Greg then, but he didn’t. He got the bucket for Greg to throw up in, but apart from that he left him alone. If it had been me, I would’ve stripped Greg of his shirt, shoes and socks, and maybe
  9. [Dan Cronin] How did she guess that I was just thinking the same thing? Greg has a body that I’d love to just run my hands over for hours. I don’t know how I can manage it, but I want to still be friends with him in summer, and to watch him at the beach in just a pair of board-shorts, or better still, Speedos. Of course, why he’d want to parade in front of a gay guy dressed like that is beyond me. Oh, well, that’s what fantasies are for. It would be easier if he wasn’t such a good guy, even a
  10. [Dan Cronin] I’m going to have to come clean with Greg today. When I do, I need to make sure he doesn’t have any awkward questions to ask. I know I’m going to be in trouble about the wet jocks competition, but if I can stop Kelly from having her fun, maybe that will balance out. If things were different, I’d be urging Kelly on, but that’s cruel to Greg. He drank so much that I’m amazed he didn’t throw up during the night. I was expecting him to be still completely out of it when I left for wor
  11. [Kelly Reed] I can’t let an opportunity like this go past, or my reputation will be shot. Greg’s just so cute, standing there in a towel that only just manages to go around his waist. I got a nice glimpse all the way up his thigh as he walked out. Now, how do I get him to drop the towel? He looks so weak and dazed, maybe he’ll give it to me if I simply ask for it. 12. [Kelly Reed] Greg’s still really wasted. He’s so far gone that he was stripping off his clothes without realising that the door was still open. I’m a little surprised at Dan, though. I would’ve expected him to take the opportunity to get a good look at what Greg has to offer. That’s what I was planning on doing. Garret’s told me his suspicions, which proved to me how concerned he was. Pretty boy wouldn’t normally give me ammunition like that that to use against Dan. The mere fact that he did
  13. [Dan Cronin] I’m going to have find a chance to tell Greg tomorrow. After what he said tonight, I don’t think Paul is going to hold off for very long, and I want Greg to hear it from me, not someone else. The other thing is that now both Garret and Paul have, in their own ways, indicated that they think I’m falling for Greg. After supporting him most of the way home, I think they’re right. I enjoyed the contact with Greg too much. I didn’t want to let him go. I still don’t. There is nothing
  14. [Chris Everington] Well, Paul has well and truly done it now. At least Greg wasn’t in the room when Paul accused Dan of being gay, and hiding it from Greg. Dan didn’t deny it – he just tried to calm Paul down. Paul responded by threatening to rip Dan to pieces if he laid even one finger on Greg. I managed to get Paul to go to bed, because I could see he was close to the point of physically assaulting Dan. Paul still trusts me, even when he’s drunk and angry. I apologised to Dan, but he just
  15. [Chris Everington] Uh-oh. This is not good. Paul’s well on his way to getting totally pissed, and he’s not always pleasant in that state. I’m a quiet drunk; Paul’s an aggressive drunk. With the repressed hostility he has for Dan, things might blow up. I think I’m going to have to switch over to coffee, too. I may have to be sober enough to handle Paul if he goes off the deep end. Please use the BACK button to return to the main story.
  16. [Paul Wilson] Greg’s in danger. He’s so drunk, he won’t be able to resist if Dan tries anything. If he drinks too much, he may not even realise what’s happening! With Dan switching to coffee, he’s going to have the perfect opportunity to do whatever he wants to Greg. He’ll be sober and Greg will be like a piece of putty. Maybe Greg will drink enough so that he passes out? Then he’ll have to stay here. I can’t stop him from drinking, so I’m going to have to encourage him to drink more, and ho
  17. [Dan Cronin] I think I’ll have one, maybe two more beers. Then I’m going to have to switch over to coffee. I can’t afford to be totally drunk when it’s time to leave. These are the sorts of conditions where people can get lost in the snow. I’ve got a responsibility to make sure Greg stays safe. I’m the host, and the one who knows the mountain. If I’m sober, or only mildly drunk, I can get Greg back. Otherwise, he needs to stay here. Please use the BACK button to return to the main story.
  18. [Garret French] That went fucking great! I got an opportunity to sound Greg out about his attitudes to gays, and he came through with flying colours! Dan appreciated it, too. I could tell from the look of appreciation he flicked at Greg at the end of that conversation. He’s not going to have a problem coming out to Greg. The sooner, the better, I think. I’m still concerned about Dan’s attitude to Greg. He’s going to make a fool of himself if he’s not careful. Please use the BACK button to r
  19. [Garret French] I’m not ashamed of it! I’ve been doing it for a couple of years now, and I love it. It takes skill to do a good job, and I know I make my customer happy. If it wasn’t for the stupid, idiotic, irrational fallacy that all male hairdressers are gay, I wouldn’t have a problem. I’ve had my revenge on a couple of the guys who’ve abused me, though. They made the mistake of slanging off when they picked up their girlfriends. The next time the girls had a haircut, I turned on the full
  20. [Garret French] Shit! Now I’ve done it again! Think quickly, Garret my boy. If Dan finds out that I told Greg about Dan being gay, he’s going to kill me. Or worse, castrate me! In this particular case, I wouldn’t put odds on it being done figuratively. How can I explain what I just said, without giving it all away? Please use the BACK button to return to the main story.
  21. [Garret French] Oh, fuck! Dan’s pissed off about something, and my crack about Frosty and his mate has rubbed him the wrong way. I didn’t mean it the way Dan’s obviously taken it. After all, Greg’s straight! I knew exactly what he meant about using snow to reduce the swelling. It would blow his cover with Greg – after all, how many straight guys would rub snow on another guy’s balls – but he’s really annoyed and he just might do it. He’s not normally this sensitive. I wonder what happened?
  22. [Dan Cronin] That has to be the most fuckingly stupid thing I have ever done. I just didn’t think. Greg teased me about my skiing ability, and I had to show off by racing away. It wasn’t long before sanity kicked in, but by that stage I was away and I had to just wait for Greg to catch up to me. That length of time that took was a real wake-up call. I was just getting ready to call out, when he appeared out of the fog. I had to take a long, deep breath to calm down. I’d had a nightmare vision
  23. [Kelly Reed] I’m relieved. Dan’s always been honest with me, so if he says it’s not serious, then it’s not. Now, what does it mean to have Garret moping around the room for a few days? If he can’t travel, he’ll probably start having his girls visit him in our room. With his bed below mine, that’s going to get annoying. Maybe I should give the girls a pep talk before I let them see him? That should narrow the disturbances down to just the ones with nothing between their ears. If he’s still hou
  24. [Dan Cronin] I don’t think I could’ve planned it any better than this. Greg’s now experienced first-hand how frighteningly easy it is to get disoriented in a whiteout. He kept his cool, though. He sounded concerned, but he didn’t panic. He realised something was wrong, and asked for help. I’m impressed by how well he handled it. Please use the BACK button to return to the main story.
  25. [Dan Cronin] Why am I not surprised? I suppose it’s an idea that every hot-blooded young guy thinks about sometimes: sex in unusual places. I think it would have to be a real exhibitionist who did it in here, though. There is no warning before the door opens, and nowhere to hide. As soon as someone comes in, they can see the whole place. It doesn’t get a lot of use, but I know people come in here daily, just to get out of the weather. Trying anything in here would be a really bad idea. Pleas
