    Chapter 11

Yes, very cute, and a lot of fun. The best part was how natural Taylan's change of attitude felt. He now wants to be seduced

    Chapter 10

That last line shows Taylan's true hopes. He wants Mitchell's son to like him

    Chapter 9

Me, too. One thing I liked was how Taylan wouldn't stay on until Mitchell removed the demand for those names. It shows something about Taylan's character. As for Mitchell, he's still not coming over as a nice person. He's going to have to work hard that weekend if he's going to reverse the bad impression he's been giving. The main thing in his favour at the moment appears to be that Taylan finds him attractive. He's going to need a lot more than that.

    Chapter 8

If I were Taylan and was told that Mitchell was arriving at 7, I would've gone out for the evening. However, that wouldn't have advanced the story very much, so I'm happy that didn't happen

    Chapter 7

Mitchell really doesn't understand people that well. He's got this 'perfect' plan and expects everyone else to fall into line. At least when it comes to his love life. As the head of the company, I'd expect him to have some social skills, but it seems he's forgotten all of them in his drive to seduce Taylan.

    Chapter 6

Reasonable line of logic, and that sort of thing does happen, but I feel sorry for Taylan. He's in a panic and he's already considering something that will hurt him (quitting). Hopefully, it doesn't go that far.

    Chapter 5

Mitchell has obviously never heard of the phrase "sexual harassment". If Taylan wanted to, he could probably sue Mitchell for large amounts of money. He'd probably lose(his word over Mitchell), but Mitchell doesn't appear to realise how much of a risk he's taking. He's so focused on the seduction that he can't see that he's crossing a line. Of course, since I'm romantic, I'm hoping Taylan doesn't think of it as sexual harassment, either...

    Chapter 4

A quiet chapter, with Taylan being rather subdued. I was expecting more internal smart-alec comments about Kit stuffing up the laptop.

    Chapter 3

Mitchell isn't the nicest of persons. Essentially blackmailing his employee and then ensuring he can't escape easily. He might have good intentions, but his methods leave a lot to be desired.

    Chapter 2

I like how the two characters have different narration styles. There's a lot of similarity, but enough differences to make it easy to pick who is narrating the chapter. Well done!

    Chapter 1

A nice set up Of course, believing office rumours has its own risk...

  13. Er...the length is wrong. You've listed the views, not the words. The correct length is 1,082,090... But, yes, it's a great story. I'm proud to have be one of the beta-readers for the story.
  14. I don't like country. I don't like rock. I don't like rap; I don't like pop. I don't like classical. I like music. That's why my music collection includes Tchaikovsky, Spice Girls, Beatles, Meatloaf, Hunters & Collectors, U2, Ronan Keating, Jean-Michel Jarre, Billy Idol, Billy Joel, Beethoven,... I used to have Garth Brooks, but I lost those when I forgot to move them from one of my old computers. I prefer Zombie's music classification system

  18. Thank you! You've obviously fallen for Aber's super sexy aura. There's no escaping it.
  19. It just goes to show that there's someone perfect for everyone, even if you're a zombie with a taste for after-sex brains...
  20. Finch has mastered the art of mirror repair. It's her best (and most commonly used) spell...
  21. Finch stopped to admire herself in the mirror. Her new wire-style haircut was a perfect match for her conservative witch’s hat and long, angular nose—complete with wart, of course. If there was one thing that Witch Finch liked about herself, it was her adherence to tradition. She scowled at the thought of the latest fad amongst young witches of actually trying to look beautiful. If she wanted to look pretty, she had a spell for that. In her opinion, there was no point wasting time, effort, and
  22. For Halloween, 2015. Take one incredibly sexy gay zombie. Add one not-overly-bright social-climbing witch. Throw in a smart-alec cat and a bit of magic, and what do you get? Aber Zombie & Finch.

    Chapter 1

Lovely! Just the sort of thing that I can imagine happening.

  25. There's always hope for a sequel. As I said above, this is one of the stories where I would like to write about what happens next, but I don't have a firm enough idea of the direction the story would head to start. I learnt early on that I need to have that direction if I'm going to complete a story, and so I won't start writing until I do. During that hiatus, I tried writing, but things just didn't work. I wasn't happy with what I wrote, or I just couldn't come up with ideas. The kickstarter was when I had the ideas for Life After Death and My Roommate's Gay. The first was inspired by the movie Ghost (I had been going on a buying spree of old movies) and the second was inspired by all the online gay fiction I had been reading because I wasn't writing. After that came my Leopards series, which was inspired by an openly gay footballer who plays not too far away from where I live, and also by an old newspaper article by an ex-AFL footballer that talked about the challenges that would await the first AFL player to come out of the closet. The two together formed the first story, and that naturally led onto the sequel. I'm still not overwhelmed with inspiration, but my major problem now is finding the time to write when I'm not tired or distracted.
