    Carlo

Nice calm, wait for it chapter, new hot guy and the possibility of the Italian maffia marching into this story,😉. Maybe a dead horsehead in someone's bed? Don't get any gold-digger vibes but the fact that the sex with him wasn't good is food for some deep thinking. Have a great weekend and thanks Mark!
  2. I love making one big, as thinly as possible, peel swirl in one time, no pauses allowed, to peel the potatoe. It's a personal challenge and creates a deep emotional bond with each potatoe. Everybody has different goals in life......😜
  3. Back to the sea it is. Looking forward to be reacquainted with Belvidera and Mr Weston. What's waiting for Granger and Daventry in Spain. The SAS assignment could be interesting 😉. Awesome chapter thanks Mark. Hope you all have a great day.
  4. And good part is this battle is yet to come
  5. Thanks for the double treat this week Mark. I am curious who will be the second best choice for this post. And what's behind the nervousness of the government. And a small but not so subtle reminder that George is not a person anymore that can be used as a pawn without consequences.

    Played

Yup, there goes my sense of direction again. To be continued, I hope the coming week is going fast. Great chapter!

    Merry Christmas

Can imagine George walking eager around looking for a new ship😉
  8. Great start, well Malik has exceptional people skills both in reading and playing them. Think Nora got way more than she bargained for. Love the way you create an atmosphere and transport that into my mind like I am a spectator not a reader. Bit of smellorama in there too. Really curious which way this develops further....

    RIP Jack Hobart

Although Jack was an asshole lately , the feeling that remains is that he was a decent guy, who worked wonders on different family members over the time. Like Matt's illness, Nana's recovery from being drugged. His not so very often but when needed to the point interventions at family dinners. It's a big blow, hopefully this doesn't create rifts among family members in the mourning phase that's coming now. And Isidore and Will need to rethink their priority's now.

    The Cylinder

I bow deeply for the fact that you keep this meticulously the stats of Will. Or do you have them from all the characters? Have a great Sunday.

    Lord Byron

Well both stories have great storylines that suck you in like a vortex and keeps you spinning. The lord Byron part is a detail for example that's brewing in Mark's head for ages and don't forget his Queen Victoria reference many chapters ago. Just reread millennium and such an story arc isn't easy either, you discover every time a reference you've missed earlier. I make a deep bow for the great times you have given us with both storylines. The banter afterwards is a sign that they are "real" to us and something that is an added bonus. 💕, 😁

    Chapter 36

Great chapter and the real targeted beginning of the Alexandra feud, think we will encounter her longer than expected .....

    Lord Byron

Maybe Cavendish will find a suitable partner in lady Elizabeth Leveson-Gower? One marriage for society and room for both to indulge in their personal interests.... Thanks Mark for this vacation present, great to wake up and enjoy this chapter with some morning wood of course 😉.
  14. Hehehe every time I think i've got a sense of direction were things are going there's a stick in my wheel. Love the way things are developing from straight simple into an ever expanding myriad of possibility's. Love it, guess Jack has some contemplating time, but maybe that's to simple too🤔😁

    Will

Yup the birth of the golden boy as some are gonna name him, what a moment in time 😉 Nope I really love rereading this again. You discover new things that have slipped through previous times. Great chapter and love and am in awe for the universe you've created with this family Mark ❣️
  16. I remember a lesson from my history teacher about colonization and decolonisation that the French decolonisation was so hard because the French didn't let local government intact unlike the Brits and Dutch. And remember one time walking into the classroom with DIEN BIEN PHU written in the biggest capital letters all over the black board. Nice to be back at the very beginning of a great place to come home to.

    UCLA VS USC

When you're scoring your next semen bucket leaning over your ex partner direct in front of your kids, with your tongue hanging out and salivating, you are everything but a father....... John has every right to say fuck you scumbag and so does Marie and even Claire as their mother. Jack has just as much moral rights on the title "father" as that orange gnome on the title "Mr President" . And that was my sermon for the Sunday 😜

    UCLA VS USC

Damn😁, you'll have us hanging for another whole week, how bad are you Mr Arbour?. Great chapter shedding some light and another great cliffhanger to end with. Really like it that Travis asks Jeremy for help for his interior design. Hope that John and Marie get a better relationship with Jack. Yup loved it

    Cleveland Row

Well I recently read that Ranger was well loved by the crew, guess that his fate is a benign one. 🤞🤞 Just rereading the battle of St Vincent, just in the middle of it , and it hasn't lost any of it's splendour.😁

    Chapter 9

Had such a history teacher also, still remember bits of his lessons 40+ years later. He wrote the important things in big letters on the Blackboard: Russian Japanse war TOTAL ECHEC !!!!! and the complete Blackboard was full😁

    Chapter 8

Mark, shouldn't it be Bells crotch ? “So you're still having a hard time keeping your dick in your pants eh?” Granger said, letting his eyes glance down at Granger's crotch. Rereading again, and haven't noticed it before.

    Big plans

Well it certainly turns out a Byzantine scheme while it looked so simple and straightforward first, but what would be the gain for Elisabeth? Think the answer lies in the mining possibilities and who can benefit from that. But bravo Mark, you've got all of our brains working overtime again 😁
  23. Nope, it is called how do I behave in front of my kids. Even when I reach new lows in my mid life crisis.
  24. Yup it was perfectly normal behaviour from Jack, certainly in front of your kids, you're absolutely right. What has the number of Wills sex partners to do with the behaviour of Jack? Your golden boy vendetta doesn't help you here. Meh..... totally not convinced. Jack was a disgrace as a father and ex husband.
  25. Well Jack certainly has crushed through the ice. Really on a self destructive path. Hope Marie can handle the way she was hurt by Ryan and her father. Great thing that Claire and Will reconciled. Isidore hasn't seen the light yet, French stubborness😉. Still not sure about Taylor's motives.... Would love to overhear the conversation between John and Mrs Hobart. Great chapter! Mark, another atomic family dinner that will echo for some time.
