I find it interesting that the very delectable Russell Tovey is mentioned in these comments because he actually played a wolf shifter in a programme called “Being Human” in 🇬🇧. One of my favourite actors and a cute bum to boot. 😍

Excellent chapter and certainly eye-opening. Definite courses of action to follow but I get the feeling that the most effective way will be to secure and divert the money away from Alberts et al rather than a full-frontal assault against the baddies. Looking forward to the next couple of chapters which will fill out the whole picture a lot more.

I’m really getting into this story and am quite excited to find out who the third pair of wolves will be - if the painting is prophecy! Will the Lambda find his mate too? All this is speculation of course but I’m eager to find out to see if my supposition is correct. 💅😬

Short beginning but enough in it to pique my interest and I look forward to the next chapter with anticipation.

This is very cruel of you to leave us with this cliffhanger (literally). To put Jihan (and the rest of us) through all those trials and tribulations only to have that Bitch Nisa have the final laugh and win against His Grace even in death - put it this way… I don’t know whether to applaud your sense of the dramatic or scold you for being heartless and leaving us with an unfinished story. Grrrr! I just hope that your 30 chapters does not include the prologue and you will bring us to a resolution - one way or the other. Frustrations aside - a masterful story brilliantly told. Thank you (even though I am wrath with thee!)

If the author would only adhere to my preferences stated in my comments on the last chapter relating to the posting of future chapters - sometime last week is when the next chapter will be posted. 🤣 Unfortunately for all of us it’ll probably be sometime next week and we’ll all have to be on tenterhooks until then. 😤 cliffhangers can be such a pain but another brilliant chapter. Thank you for both the adrenaline rush and the ulcer both much appreciated. 😁

As I said about “Love in the Shadows” there are few stories that grip me absolutely. I’ve got to the point in this story that I would seriously like you to release the next chapter about a week before you’ve completed it even though I know that’s not really possible. Who is this mysterious alpha and what will Dave do when the attack comes and how does Stacey react should it turn “wolf”? Is there some sort of physical connection between Dave and Vinny? Does Vinny storm out of the shadows and have another fight with another alpha? Oh the endless possibilities. Seriously finding it hard to wait for the next chapter to be released I would say the suspense is killing me but that would just be an exaggeration - but not by a big margin! Keep up the good work. Dave.

There are very few stories on this site (and others) that have gripped me like this one. Even though I know there will be a few days between postings I always check several times a day just in case a new chapter comes out earlier than I know it will (if that makes any sense). I cannot wait until the next book is released and I’m sure I’ll handle the posting of new chapters the same way as this one -so if you can arrange to release new chapters about two weeks before they are written, I’d really appreciate it. Wonderful characters, love the shifter/magic/revenge dynamic as well as the meeting and making new friends and allies thing. I want to go to this diner just to gawp at the size of these burgers! I shall be on tenterhooks just waiting for the next stage of Vincent’s journey to begin. And what a start! A week of insane training, the trip to NYC and three challenges. If this were a food, I’d be salivating like crazy. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely loved this latest story involving Brett and Cesar and the family that surrounds them. Fun-loving, generous, loyal but woe betide anyone who crosses them or their loved ones (fun to witness too 😁). Addictive. Wonder where Carlos will take us next. Can't wait!
