I'd chose ice cubes and left the fire to the real thing. What did Adam think he was going to find, morning wood or, worse, Billy awake and doing the morning ritual. Definitely nothing Adam hasn't done himself I'm sure. Think I'd just respected privacy, banged on the door with the announcement and then if that didn't work, bring the crushed ice in a bucket of cold water. Next time, at the slightest knock, Billy would be at the door and ready to go! lol

Shopping to furnish a new home or cabin is the best thing ever. One does have to wonder fi, during his multiple trips, he's had an opportunity to see the town doctor again??? LOL!!!

Romance is in the air! How can ones heart not be warmed with Billy's new love interest and the love both he and Scotty have for Adam. It takes a village!

Sometimes, too many poking their noses in where they don't belong, ruins a relationship before it ever even gets started. The boys will have a blast with Adam at the cabin getting everything setup. I wanna go too!!! lol

I feel many enjoyable days ahead in the cabin. Wind whistling through the trees, streams canvassing down the mountain into a crystal clear lake, stars of bright in the night sky. Oh to enjoy the peace, quite, and serenity of the cabin offerings!

The innocence of a child is so beautiful and pure. The mesmerizing looks they give of seeing and experiencing life for the first time. If only the world could remain as innocent, gentle, and loving toward self and others!

The Wonderful ... World ... of Disney!!! Through the eyes of a 7 year old is nostalgic and magical at the same time. Remembering seeing Mickey for the first time brought back wonderful memories. Thank you!

Hopefully mom will cool her jets on the matchmaking after Adam's comments coupled with dad's support. Disneyland vs Disneyworld is definitely a toss-up. While Disneyland (1955) in CA was Walt's vision, Disneyworld (1971) in FL is the busiest theme park 17 million visitors vs 16 million for Disneyland. Until the final verdict, a coast to coast trip might be in order to decide for oneself. LOL!!!

The feeling definitely has to be there. One never knows how something will develop given enough time and whether that first site of love is really lust to wither away. I want something that's been invested in, tested through the trials, and come out successful for the longterm as opposed to a 1-2 year fling and then on to something else. Pretty sure I found it though! ❤️

I've really not got a grasp on how old Billy is at this point. He reminds me so much of my nephew and the qualities that he has. With a little encouragement and a lot of hard work, he can accomplish anything he sets his mind to!

Who wouldn't look forward to a vacation on the beach? LOL!!! Adam is a great mentor to Billy and, I have a feeling, will be to Scotty as well. Very lucky boys to have an "uncle" like Adam!

Sure, I took up running once and they called an ambulance! LOL!!! Billy is an amazing kid and one with so much potential in front of him because of a little encouragement and attention from Adam as well as a new perspective from his dad.

"The wheels of progress unhindered by efficiency" The nerve of that archaic mound is typical of the stoic rhetoric of todays teaching. I, like Adam and many, are so supportive to enriching minds and providing every opportunity as opposed to teaching to the lowest common denominator and keeping everyone behind. Ok, off my soapbox now. LOL!!!

It's amazing how this story is coinciding with graduations around the world right now. Tomorrow, a young mans investment in himself will be celebrated. Just like Adam, so many have invested and supported to get the Billy's of the world to this point. A celebration to all and a toast of good cheer for their accomplishments! ❤️
