Karma does come full circle. One wonders just how misleading and biased that child services report was. That judge was pretty awesome and clearly told the child services representative to sit down and shut up. LOL!!! LOL!!!

That child services woman just wants to make my skin crawl. Yes, I be she's in cahoots with that bastard that's trying to steal the farm from the boys and getting her cut as agreed. I hope both of them rot in jail for trying to steal from 2 innocent boys they could care less about in the shroud of "oh i'm so concerned for their well-being" and then would treat them like shit! This kind of crap in the world just boils my blood as it should everyones!!!

Moving Day has arrived! Hopefully Child and Family Services will send someone that sees the best interest of the boys instead of a personal religious biased B&*%CH that was sent a few stories ago and caused all the trouble. 😉

Listening to Conan Gray's 'The Story' and Flipturn's 'August' while reading this this morning and the tears were just there. What I'm confident in is the good in this world and that Jim and Lenny will always always act in the boys best interests. I can see myself being both Joey and Pete at times. 😢

Hey Jonathan, I hope you're doing well and work is becoming a bit more manegeable as the holidays are now behind us and covid seems to be taming for a bit. Reading several other stories on the site while you've been away, I check often to see if you've posted another chapter. Not sure why, there's just something about this story that is embracing - maybe, in part, because it's your autobiography I'm not really sure. I do know the talent you have is an amazing one for writing and you often share emotion that I've not felt with other stories on this site. All that to say, I do hope things in your life calm down a bit and you're able to share more of The English Year with us all. Until then, I wish you all the best my friend! Chris.

A nice familiar feeling of growing love and family. Sometimes stories reach in a remind us how fortunate we are to have the great families around us that we do. This is definitely one of those and highly recommended.

Scott and Brad have a special bond and carrying on tradition is so important to family because when it's gone, it's missed so much. Today will be the first time our family has really got back together since the whole covid fiasco and it's beginning to feel familiar again. To be given the gift of this chapter, knowing what this day holds, meant more than you know. Thank you!

We got a puppy recently and his name is August. What does this have to do with the story you ask? While Angelina may be hesitant to go with Brad and Scott, she has obviously imprinted on Brad. Same with August when we first picked him up, he imprinted on my soon to be husband. Now, anytime he leaves, August is heartbroken. I have a feeling there won't be any problem with Angelina leaving with her new dads ... especially one in particular.

This is what I luv most about much of Europe - the people are so kind and embracing of strangers. Almost always, walking into a pub, complete strangers have invited to sit with them and, upon leaving, felt like they were best friends had known a lifetime.
