Trey and Dion left early with the boys on Monday morning, because Trey had a meeting before school started. This meant they dropped Wyatt and Tristan off earlier than usual at the elementary school and they had to wait outside until the doors were unlocked. Tristan said he had just gotten there when one of the boys in his class came up to chat with him. “Hey, I’ve never seen you here this early before,” the boy began. “Yeah, we got dropped off earlier than normal today. How ‘bout you?”

Stix, I have considered this, but being a doctor and a dentist it's not as easy for Danny and Brandon to get away. Josh worked for the school system, so he could take more time off in the summer to go on those trips with the boys, but I'll see what I might be able to work out.

When we got home from work on Saturday, we ate lunch with the boys. Once we finished, we asked if they wanted to go to the cinema complex to watch a movie. They immediately agreed and said they wanted to see Black Panther, which had just been released. The days were flying by as we entered February, and that was partially due to the fact that the month wasn’t quite as hectic as it used to be. We no longer held a big Valentine’s Day party at the house, seeing there were no lovers in this group of boys and none of them had anyone special to share their love with. However, we still had to purchase Valentine’s cards for Tristan and Wyatt to hand out at school, seeing their classes held parties on Valentine’s Day. I never bothered to find out
