Maybe Mom doesn't take him to the emergency room. Dish towel and duct tape work just as good. It's also a good learning device for Devlin, but he seems to be a slow learner.

Lee, I just want to know if you practiced doing all of the things that Devlin is doing in the story so you could write from experience. If you did, maybe there's a little Devlin in you too. Another wonderful chapter.

I know I mentioned to Johnny that Lonny might be thinking about who he would make Cliff's legal guardians if something happen to him, since he doesn't have any family. It's kind of obvious thE Cliff would prefer it if Michael was named his legal guardian if something happened to his dad, Michael and Devin will be graduating this academic year and then they will be looking for a job, and they'll probably end up in Texas or California. However, I think Lonny would want someone in a more stable position to take care of his son in that event and I believe he might ask Mac's father instead, since they got along so well during their vacation. This all depends on if something were to happen to Lonny, and we have do indication of anything like that happening.

Yes, the rafting was a blast for all. Even though Cliff was still recovering from having lost his mother, I decided that once he had made an attachment to Michael, Cliff would become very direct and uninhibited about what he wanted to know and what he wanted to do. This won't be the only time we'll be seeing him, so we'll find out how he will act in the future. 😁
