  1. ........... Madomma surprised, isn't she like mid forties now? She sang well and energeric, surprised the hell out me.
  2. ...........I have to agree with that, my Packers let that game get away from them, that said I'm glad the Giants won.
  3. ...............Could be, could be she has taken over operations in that area of the world. Could be she is the last one to try and stop Trevor after he escapes from Mr. B. But Dirk and Jim are already exonerated, so the contract could still come from Sanchez. Not sure when the secrets of the Areis come forth first though, if Julie is involved she would need that GPS signal from the ship Trevor and Shane sails from to find him. Assuming it is the Kookabura and not dismantled by then, although Trevor most likely would trust Julie even after his 3rd encounter with death, how would he feel about Julie requesting a revendous, I wonder how Shane would feel about it with a known associastion with Bridget?
  4. ............ Got to admit I have mentioned Julie before as being somewhat suspicious in her dealings with Bridget, but I have a hard time thinking she was more involved in other just a friend, The gist of it would be of Trevor being gay, if Julie told Bridget before she left then that is a breach of trust with Trevor, casting suspcision. However, if Julie was working with Bridget, why would she leave a luxaritve job with Bridget to do diving in the pacific Islands? Remember how Ben was a once shown character? I believe to be the same!
  5. ................ I had hoped my Packers were in this year..... .... That being said I say go GIANTS!!!!
  6. That was a great article, much insight into the case!!
  7. ............... But that would mean Bridget knew along about Henry, Henry's investigation and his working relationship with Gonzales. Would she have been concerned enough to suspect Henry watching her place and catching a photo of Sanchez leaving her place? That would not make sense unless she already had Henry's camera and film or the processed pictures. So that begs the question, what became of those pictures as an interpol check would most likely have Sanchez profiled as a high ranking cartel member leaving Bridget's home. That in itself could spell problems for the both of them, so if Frank was another mole Bridget would have taken care of Henry long ago. Then again the next title is called Wesson...................it all about Henry!!
  8. I have a bad feeling about this camping trip coming up, whatever the Judge is not letting on about JT's father I find equally disturbing. What if Joey lets slip the camping plans to Cindy while trying to fend her off who in turn lets it out at school somehow reaching the ears of JT? I also see another 'outing' bearing fruit soon. Great chapter, looking forward to the next one!!
  9. ................ The only reason I can see Steve's analogy in Gonzale's and Frank's conversation as being another leak of Bridgets network of 'spies. Is that Gonzales is testing Frank by giving the hour of the news release, as he zeroed in on a wall while he posed his information to Frank. I can see that the evil 'goat' would do such a thing, if true it meant Bridget knew all along of Dirks and Jim's whereabouts and wanted them kept out of sight until Trevor's demise to ensure of Dirks prosecution. It makes sense, she did not trust George back then either and wanted it to end in her favor, Bridget was totally in control of everything, a mistake that George never saw. Hmmm, will Gonzales follow up on the relatives? Will he find a fluke in Frank's conversation? Afterall Frank was too willing to offer condolence to him in Henry's demise and with almost free legal work, quite unlike him! Our birdman, Talonrider suggest that the cartel will give Bridget a carte blanc, I say the have another 'retirement plan, as I do not see a sequal here, (not like Scar in LTMP and CL) The Aries/kookaburra need to give up their secrets after Trevor and our heros escape from Mr. B'. unsuccessful attempt at head hunting (BTW, a nice title for the next chapter!!) Gonzales will never get Bridget, she is to clever and has too many ears and eyes, but he will get a couple of people, I'm sure!! I mean Billy might screw up while trying to get his teeth fixed. But Bridget will escape from Gonzales.....but not the Cartel! ............Mr. B. what can I say a hired assasian withno expierence with teens, he is overconfident, cocky and believes he has no problems, he needs to remember that Lisa will know about the shark prods aboard the boat. Great chapter CJ, I will miss the weekly postings, but understand...........
  10. ..................... Don't forget the happy re-union Trevor had with his beloved garlic press!
  11. .................. "Rags to Riches" by Tony Bennett Too bad it didn't turn out that way for me!!
  12. ......Errr!!! Thanks I think
  13. ...........It's still here, as much as I can see "Let The Music Play" is still at CJ'S forums, it was follwed by a sequal called "Changing Lanes". Look at Authors and look up the Author and click his novels.
  14. ...................... Nice to know Bridget was able to get a hairdresser appointment, I wonder if a cop will get lucky in showing the before photo in the mall to a hair dresser, after all red hair does stand out. Looks like Bridget will very busy going from town to town along the coast for the next few days to collect her mementos from her 'former life'. Hmmm, looks like a race between her and Gonzales and she is taking a great risk... in 18 hours she will be taking possession of the 'Sea Witch' and she still needs to stay close to Florida to collect her loot. Now Gonzales knows about the Sea Witch, but does Bridget know that he and maybe others know that? Will her greed outweigh her survival instincts which so far have been pretty good, she needed time and at this moment believes Gonzales to be dead. Will that change if she has other infiltrators in the police department? Should be interesting! The problem she faced was that her safe deposit boxes and businesses were scattered up and down the Florida seaboard, and getting to them all would take time. "The problem she faced was that her safe deposit boxes and businesses were scattered up and down the Florida seaboard, and getting to them all would take time." Trevor has to report this encounter of 'Butch' to Greg, if not he is putting his friends and himself in danger. I think also when they dock up in Perth the Australian Navy is going to ask him about the GPS transponder he has on-board, confused Trevor will find out that someone has planted it. Now will the Navy agree to take it off his hands and place it aboard one of their out going boats to misdirect? Another chase is on! After all Trevor should give something back after getting his beloved 'garlic crusher' back!! Will the police drain Bridget's beloved pond and find the remains of Henry and George amoungst many others I suspect, should be quite a shoot fest for Florida and a boom in purse and boots production. I was being generous in stating this could be closed out in 5 chapters and I'm pleased it will be at least 8 with an ending, I have loved this novel since it's inception, over two years in the making. IT MUST BE PUBLISHED CJ!
  15. ........... Yep, Sam you forgot your own!
  16. ............. But I did notice Gonzsales instinct; "Gonzalez took a deep breath, noticing for the first time the faint scent of gasoline." Gonzales knows this is a death trap situation, he needs to convince the courier of that. “You were too eager to get me here alone, and you drove us here without needing directions,” Gonzalez tersely replied, telling only a partial truth. 'Impartial truth'? What else does Gonzales know, as he implied to an 'impartial truth' here? Bridget says "Here is what will happen, Officer Gonzalez; you will radio in and call off your people." Humm, didn't the Assisitant Attonrey General make those calls? So how can Gonzales call it off? Bridget returned five minutes after she’d gone upstairs, pausing on the bottom stair to announce, “The alarm is set, though with a ten minute delay until it activates.” Jacobsen’s eyes opened wide for a moment, and then Bridget handed him a large envelope, stuffed with cash, as she told him, “You know what needs to be done, and you shall hear from me soon.” Jacobsen took the envelope, retrieved his gun, and hurriedly walked to the front door. As soon as he’d shut it, Bridget told her courier, “Keep an eye on our guest. You will hear from me within the hour, and you will be out of here soon after, with a large sum of cash.” She glanced at Billy, and ordered, “Cast off, and hold her on the dock with engines.” Turning a baleful eye towards Gonzalez, Bridget said, “We shall not meet again. Farewell, Officer Gonzalez.” Ok. how stupid can that courier be? Bridget has adorned her with diamonds, promised her money and yet leaves her in a gasoline filled house? Bridget announces that the alarm is set with ten minutes? Finally Jacobson will have a have a hell of a time completing Bridget's plan if Gonzales is still alive.
  17. ................. Hell yes you are confused! Goat=Cliffhanger Everyone knows that just ask Wildone!!
  18. ..........Hmm, Morals!! Son tells bigoted parents that he is gay and gets thrown out of the home and disowned. Morals! Parent's throw out kid because he told them he is gay and they disown him. It is definately a two-edged sword here on the topic of morals, the son has a right to self-prevervation and when he choses the time to come out. Do the parents have a right to know about his sexuality?
  19. ..............Well, farewell Henry, it was nice knowing you, at least your demise was quicker then that of Georges. I don't think the courier searched Gonzales very well and Gonzales will either spook her enough to bolt or leave him enough time to cut himself loose. Either way I think Gonzales will survive this attempt on his life. So Billy got promoted by Bridget, errrr.......... does he know about the benefits for working with the cartel? I do hope Sanchez will throw Bridget a retirement party! Great chapter CJ!
  20. ........................ Have a great one little bro! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
  21. .................... Really 30? I thought it was 29!!
  22. I've still got 4 hours
  23. ............ Hmmmm, I hope to regain my weight went from 165 to 120 back to 155 and now down to 115, it has been a very bad year for me, hopefully 2012 will be better. When I was 24 I was 175 at 5-11, and just out of the Marines, coupled with the fact that I was a gymnast all thru high school. I never ever encountered a problem of gaining weight, truth be told, today I can only eat maybe a have of a sandwich like today I stopped at Carls Jr. and was only able to consume half of the Dante Fe chicken sandwich. I can attribute my lack of lack of diet to nerves, 3 years ago I was forced to retire making less then half of my salary, yes I HAD one of those over priced homes and after spending all of my 401K on medication for the disabled wife and mortgage, I went under. I quit drinking coffee over two tears ago because I could not stop shaking in the morning, I fought and I fought and I fought............ but I lost in the end. Not sure if I'll see the end of the new year, I'm pretty damn sure I will not see my wife survive it either. I have a plan if she dies before me, and it will benefit a lot of people I hold dear to me for at least ten years.
  24. ........... I suppose there is a 'possibility' that Henry escapes death by turning the wheel barrow, using its momentum and as a momentary shield for himself while a wild frantic dunked Billy attracts the crocs. Henry is able to make his way from the carnage and escape, while Bridget assumes all is done and leaves the farm. It is 'possible' Henry escapes and is somehow able to warn Gonzales of Bridget's plan, anything is possible!! Mr. B is a bit too cocky in his hunt for Trevor, and 'really' using the 'old' reporter method tried and lost with Kline? I wouldn't be surprised if one of the four is not at this moment texting Greg about the 'reporter' to which Greg informs the local constable. Mr. B has no credentials as a reporter, has been seen and passed himself off as a security businessman. Recently in the vicinity of the Atlantis, so if he does not plan to take the 4 of them away at gunpoint from the sandwich shop, he has made a mistake in revealing himself so early. Yep, anything is possible!!!
  25. .................I knew Trevor would be re-united with his beloved garlic crusher. I had feared for Henry before, but I didn't expect him to play so sloppy and dangerous, I'll miss the character. Gonzales has to be on high alert and knowing that Henry is in danger, I doubt he will be taken by surprise by one of Bridget's goons. Mr. B's x-mas present to Trevor was a nice touch, but I'm surprised he chose to meet them face to face. Great chapter, I think this story is winding down fast, I predict 5 chapters left. Thanks CJ and have a Merry X-mas and a Happy New Year
