............ Hmmmmm, CJ or Cia, not a stretch figuring that one out!!!

................. Well if your going to admit it Steve, it would seem you are guilty of earning the award!!

.....Damn goat you had me researching back a lot! First of all it is nice to know that Mr. B is leaving x-mas gifts for Trevor and freinds aboard the Kookaburra. The other thing is; "Lisa tore into Trevor’s present, slowing down halfway through opening it. “Oh Trev... it’s gorgeous...” she said, carefully unwrapping the bronze torsion-pendulum nautical clock and its glass dome". ( Chapter 10 about 1/3rd down) But for the life of me I could not nail the 'October' reference Lisa made............ So I am a bit lost in her revelation? Great chapter CJ! Looking forward to see what Santa left behind!

Circumnavigation (99 +5) Heading North

.............. Ok my crystal ball says that the package Mr. B has is explosives meant to make a freak accident appear to have happened aboard the Kookaburra killing all one board with Trevor losing his head. Mission accomplished by Mr. B and Sanchez, who do not know that the coast guard is now aware of the tracker on the Kookaburra via the Australian Navy, whom will keep close watch of the boat and discover Mr. B's plant and catch him. More likely is that Trevor will get a call on the satellite phone from Fowler informing him of the 'bug' which is also a transponder to detonate the bomb, Joel will find it and throw it overboard before it can be activated by Mr. B who is in pursuit via a powerboat. Failing at his objective Mr. B makes the mistake of trying to fulfill the contract on his own only to be met by some of Australia's most violent animals. Just my thoughts...............I miss my nemesis in his opinion. -

.................... Great chapter! Won't Henry's tracker on George's car let him know of the recent visit to the farm? George's absence from the meeting is bound to draw suspicion from Gonzalez's. I'm sure the Feds know who Sanchez is, should make a strong case against Bridget for at least a warrant. The reaction from Joel and Lisa was rather subdued in light of the revelation, still waiting for something to be found on the Ares left by Arnold. Wonder how long it is going to take for the Navy to contact the Coast Guard about the discovery of the tracker on the Kookaburra. Looks like Mr. B is making his own Christmas plans I wonder what gifts he will bear? Finally, I know goats can't count but make sense of this; "Two miles above, soaring like a guardian angel on high," -
...............Nice chapter! Roger might be shocked, but he was going to find out anyways, if he didn't already suspect. So Roger will be just fine with it, once the shock is over. The real problem I see is the up-coming trial, small towns have the worst gossips, because almost everyone knows everyone and their business. Joey is going to have a tough 3 years ahead with Andy at his side, I hope they can overcome the difficulties the face ahead.

........... Not I, the Blakes had a ranch. not a farm! The only farm ever mentioned was that by Bridget. -

................Actually I thought it might happen, His 'meet' with Sanchez sealed his fate from being careless and greedy. Bridget had mentioned the farm before, the need for a new handbag was a clue George should have heeded. -

..........True, but I doubt our goat cannot resist giving our hero's a farewell by sailing off into the sunrise!! -
I think you are referring to Ernst Rohm to whom Hitler knew was gay, Hitler did not care, but Rohm was seen as a danger to Hitler's other high staff. A forged document implied that Rohm was getting ready to revolt against Hitler, and take over. Hitler ordered the 'night of the long knives' which killed all of those at the spa in the late night, except Rohm and a few others that were jailed, offered suicide he refused and was executed. Once Röhm and his supporters had been eliminated, Himmler was free to include homosexuals among those being rounded up for the camps. While there is no evidence that Röhm in any way protected the homosexual population, aside from his friends and lovers, it is a fact that arrests for homosexuality didn’t rise until after Röhm’s execution in 1934. The war against gays began with the press release stating that Röhm and others were killed due to their degenerate homosexuality.

Circumnavigation (99 +3) Welcome to Australia

.............. If Henry removed the drugs to plant on George he could not very well tell Gonzales that. If George didn't plant the drugs in the suitcases then he is betraying Bridget, maybe he sees the ship sinking and is bailing out. Still don't know who he is meeting out at sea and I still believe him to be a dirty cop, after all he has made several money/drug deliveries for the cartel. George is out to save his own hide! I think it is more likely that Bridget had changed out the suitcases by giving Lisa and Joel new ones. Retrieved the drugs to plant on George, she most likely has a gps on the Sea Witch and is wondering where George goes? Otherwise George would have never made that phone call. -

Benji replied to C James's topic in C James Fan Club's Topics
.............. Well, what a mystery here, where did the drugs go? I can only think of Henry; Henry considered that for a few moments. “I like it. The problem is that bug in Joel’s car – I removed it, by the way...." Hmm, Joel loaded the suitcases in his car on Tuesday after school and home chores, so that means Lisa and Joel leave for Perth on Wednesday arriving on Thursday. Kinda risky.... and I'd much prefer something with audio capability, like you put in Joel’s car. Sounds to me like Henry caught that part of the conversation between Lisa and Joel regarding the suitcases and checked them out found the coke and removed it. Hehehe, Henry wanted to swap a tire again, I wonder if he planned to give George back the present he and Bridget gave Lisa and Joel? The narrator cannot lie; He found nothing due to there being nothing to find, so after another trip through the baggage scanner and past the dogs, Lisa and Joel were allowed to repack, and then sent on their way with an apology. “False alarm, from the look of it. Sorry for the delay. I’ll have an officer escort you over to the domestic terminal, for your flight to Perth. Welcome to Australia.” With Gonzales hot on George's trail, I thought it stupid that George would use an office phone to warn customs of an impending drug smuggling operation at Perth Great chapter CJ! -

Circumnavigation (the one after the one after 99): So Be It
Benji replied to C James's topic in C James Fan Club's Topics
............. Well, it is good to see that Greg is still having Trevor looked after, notice the police car presence at his last docking? And now on to a naval base, Mr. B will have no chance there. Speaking of chance's, what are they going to be for Lisa and Joel spending Christmas in Jail? I fear for Henry's life, will he discover that George followed him and Gonzales at the Chandlery with his tracking device? Did Bridget just make a big mistake in gifting the luggage to Lisa? I suspect between Greg and Gonzales Lisa and Joel will be freed. The Ares holds the clues that Gonzales needs and George and Bridget fear. It is all coming down now, things are moving fast, can't wait for the next chapter, great job CJ!! -
Circumnavigation (the one after 99): Death & Taxes
Benji replied to C James's topic in C James Fan Club's Topics
................ Interesting title, certainly has me guessing! -
......... I wasn't going to comment on this thread, Marty has this soooooo well charted this out, my hat is off to him (but then again I never wear a hat) But the docking fees came to mind here, couldn't Dirk own them out right since he owns all the buildings on the block? And wouldn't it make sense that the docks are included in the land? That said it seems to be a bit irreverent anyways, I doubt that aspect will ever come back into the story. The focus left is on Lisa and Joel, and maybe Gonzales interaction with a Rachel meeting. And of course around the corner is Mr. B. our professional hit man! But I see the next chapter as a bit quiet, maybe revealing a few facts information, but basically Lisa and Joel leaving Florida, now if they adhered to their parents wishes and did not stop off at the guesthouse to retrieve Trevor's bags. Then it is a quiet chapter, however if they do, all hell can break loose if they speak in the guesthouse, about any revelations between Trevor and them that is repeated in the guesthouse. Once Bridget and George realize that the Aries is still around they may panic. I see George taking the easy route and leaving Bridget and protecting himself, he has made a few voyages out without letting Bridget know. But I suspect Bridget does indeed know, having a GPS on the Sea witch that George is unaware of, and has been tracking it. I'm sure Bridget will kill George and try for an escape before the cartel can figure out the incriminating documents left behind on the Ares by Arnold are had known to the police. Sanchez may also be forced to flee or get 'promoted'.

Circumnavigation (the one after 99): Death & Taxes
Benji replied to C James's topic in C James Fan Club's Topics
............... I agree, Mr. B is the most dangerous of characters as he is a professional assassin. I'm pretty sure though that he will meet his demise, a very surprised Mr. B will encounter something just as deadly. -
............. Well if Lisa is able to reach Trevor before landing in Australia, they will have to make arrangements to meet early. Still her news will not be as shocking as Trevor's will be back to her. Problem I see will the two obey their parents, and go straight home or make a quick stop at the guesthouse. What if Lisa calls Trevor while in school and he blurts out the that Rachel is alive and well in Australia with the Ares intact with Joel while retrieving the suitcases. This will alert Bridget and George that the cops are on it already, and their jig is up. As we all know teens follow their parents grounding to the letter!
