.................... I kinda felt a moment of Deja vu when reading this chapter! Seems my crystal ball was pretty clear of late! I do hope Barney wasn't informed of the Smith name, this looks like it might get dangerous for Trevor's relatives also, not sure if Kline got the town of the relatives though. It's going to be Blake's call on where Trevor and Shane wind up staying, I'm torn between Trevor being land locked for awhile and a nice stress-less sail around the coast until Joel and Lisa arrive. Hopefully the hit-man has already decided on the wrong location, and once hears the news heads back to Carnavon a bit late as Trevor and Shane are long gone. Perhaps to console himself he happenstances having a cold beer with Kline. Great chapter CJ, I see things moving along fast now!!

................ The Wizard of OZ, you must have a low threshold! LOL!! I love horror movies, the one that gave me the most nightmares was Frankenstein , that SOB would catch me in my dreams as I walked home from school cutting thru the alley, (that I was not allowed to do per mom) He would jump down from a tree above me and get me every time. LOL!!!

.................... To me the film Psycho with Anthony Perkins and Janet Leigh was the most disturbing film of my time, the soundtrack was the best as it highlighted the action. I do know that this film freaked out so many people, that women refused to shower at home alone. The Exorcist this film had people puking in the isles and fainting when it first came out, I consider it strong in it's day, but lame by today's standards. Alien a more modern horror film, but as profound it's impact after seeing it, it still left no lasting memories for me. I'm sure there are more worthy, like the original Halloween and others. My ticket stubs worth!!

'Cliff' James aka CJ is the undisputed King of Cliffhangers, that said and going off topic here; Did you know that koalas, wallabies etc and most marsupials have forked, or bifurcated, penises? This is to match the females' two vaginas and uteruses, so they get 2 for the price of one. Feckin' Aussies! Echidnas go one better though - they have a four-headed penis! ................ I rarely go outside my preferred genre of a story, I don't care for either fantasy or Sci-fi, I like stories of coming to terms or out and adventure themes. I also like mystery and drama theme stories.

Somehow or another, Joel will realize from Gonzales that some information could not have known by Bridget. Something overheard, the strange timing of the sale and the price given for Trevor's car. She maybe a rich eccentric woman, but who carries $6,000 in their purse buys the car the moment they arrive at the guesthouse. Bridget smiled, dismissing the concern with a gracious wave of her hand. “No worries there, I assure you. I have several gay friends, so do tell Trevor to bring a date if he wishes.” Bridget looked at the expected expressions of surprise on Lisa and Joel’s faces, and chuckled softly. “Trevor told me about that, and his quest for the Ares, when he was here, running from his monstrous father. He was here to ask my advice, and after a bit of awkwardness, he told me of the issues he has with Dirk, and why. I was far more concerned for his safety. As it turns out, I believe his search for Ares is what compelled his father to try to kill him with that bomb. It is fortunate that the Ares issue will be closed once his father is convicted, for those are such perilous waters.” Ok, this part always had me wondering, Trevor never told Bridget he was gay, nor of his search of the Aries (from Chap. 55) It could have been Julie that gave her this information, but not Trevor. Will Joel recall this? This is one aspect of the that bothered me, Trevor was very private on his sexuality, so why would he confess it to a woman he only met once? If Gonzales is able to wrangle that out of Joel, then they should both realize Bridget is not the person that Joel believed her to be. Once acknowledged Joel may come up with other realizations concerning Bridget, while Gonzales tells him of Dirks non-involvement. Ok, My thoughts! Benji

......... I disagree, Gonzales is simply feeding information to George and Bridget via Joel and Lisa. Plus he has decided to play hardball with Joel to get any useful information about Bridget. He knows Joel isn't guilty of anything, but maybe withholding information from him. What I would really like to see is Frank getting invited by Lisa and Joel into the guesthouse for a search of the bugs.

Not only will Bridget learn of Trevor and Shane conversations but of Gonzalez's pointed questions, and unless Henry is not quick enough, neither will learn of that knowledge, until well well after the fact. Luckily, Bridget is still unaware of Gonzales interest in her as a suspect, the conversations in the guesthouse will lead her to believe that Gonzales is grasping at straws at Joel The information Trevor gives Joel on a one sided overheard conversation can be a deadly peril for him.

......... Hahaha! Our esteemed goat is wrapping this story up sooner then that proposed date of yours, actually I think he added 3 chapters of just Shane and Trevor to quell some 'frustrated' readers. Otherwise I think everything is on schedule.

.................. I too loved this story! And the sequel will probably come out in December of this year with our EVIL ERIC coming out as a Preacher. The 1st installment did have a hint of the Dukes of Hazards connotation to it. I'm looking forward to see where the evil goat takes us on this one.

............ Indeed what can possibly go wrong? Hopefully Trevor sails out without any problems, but heading back greets a worried Fowler to warn him of the news. I cannot see the Kookaburra landing back in Caravan at all. It is just too dangerous for him, Fowler has to inform Blake and between them decide to 'park' the boat somewhere else. Trefor and Shane will be landlubbers for awhile , makes sense in the title of the next chapter that someone is taking control or command of the situation. Besides we NEED to hear the convo. of Joel and Gonzales. I predict the deaths of Henry and Fline in the future chapters.

................ Interesting chapter, just what kind of name is Basingstoke? Yeah, Sanchez is a great host and the life of the party. Well the next chapter should have our young hero's headed back, will Fowler intercept them and will Mr. Blake have them 're-locate'? I wonder if the Coast Guard will take Trevor's note and his precious garlic grinder! I give it 2-3 days before the story breaks out in print, plenty of time to get Trevor into a new hiding area. We still haven't heard from Gonzales and Henry for awhile.......... Damn CJ, this story has more plots then a National Cemetery.
