  1. ........Wow, a lot of you guys have a lot of history! I have never checked passed what I knew of, my father's dad was a 100% Irish immigrant to the US, my grandmother on his side was a French-Canadian. (Since we have never had any contact with that side of the family, that is all I know). My mothers father and family were expelled from Spain (Jewish) settled in Costa Rica, before re-settling in San Fransisco. My mother's father married my grandmother there, she died young. My father and mother met and married in Las Vegas. Sidenote; All my relatives on my mothers side are gone, I'm not sure of my father's side, they would have nothing to do with us since they were Irish Catholics and my mother was Jewish. We last saw only of of my 'Uncles' from my fathers side at my grandmothers funeral. He refused to talk to us, and refused to give any of us old pictures of my father. May he rest in hell!!! (Not my Father)
  2. ............... .... Is Steve responsible for Trevor's dilemma??? He could most likely have made Reunion had it not been for the wandering north star that is in Steve's neck of the woods. Blame Canada, blame Steve for setting the goat up for a cliffy!
  3. .................Quit starting those rumors again!!
  4. ..........You are right, the limitations run out on the 16th, they thought it best to emancipate Trevor on the 17th!
  5. ............Not to worry, the next chapter will out on time! Dec. 17 is the date of the expiration of the statutes of limitations.
  6. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TIGER!!! ...........Have a great one
  7. .......That is what I'm thinking here, Trevor is going for broke here, the Atlantis is dead to him. Her only salvation to him may be her demise, it is an insane move but desperation calls for a desperate act, floating between the last two islands. Trevor may have no choice to either sink or swim here, the pool noodles are the key to his supposed survival, the fiery end to the Atlantis is his signal, the jaws of death are his chances of a rescue accruing. If it fails, then all is lost! Still I am wondering about the fiberglass roof of the boat though, what significance could it have in the goats hint. I don't see Trevor making another sail out of her, but could the curved downward part of the roof give him a different sail proportion? I don't think he needs to slice this up, I think maybe he only needs to unsnap it from it's placement, kinda of like removing a window from its glazing. Whatever the answer here it is plain to see that he cannot travel back north and his destination is south by the winds direction. Taking the current to Australia is a slow kill for him, so it makes sense that he will continue south in hopes of attracting attention there. The jaws of death, to do or not to do, the flip of the coin is the destiny of this travel.
  8. ...............I think he looking at his dropped sun glasses as they skitter down the cliff side!!
  9. .................. I found this article to be amazing and thought no better place to post then in here! http://news.yahoo.co..._pacific_rescue
  10. .................................HAPPY BIRD DAY!
  11. ..........................'............Noppers!
  12. ................. Is that like blaming an ant infestation in your home because you have food in there??
  13. ............My guess is that he is going to run straight south towards the last islands and set fire to what is left of the Atlantis in hopes of getting a rescue. The pool noodles will be his anchor as he hopes the flaming boat will be seen. Or he can continue south and pick up the current that runs straight for Australia, not sure how much provisions he could have for that trip though. I doubt he is going there (Australia) I am pretty sure he is going to take on the rough seas headed south and take his chances with a rescue from the obscure islands. The Atlantis is done!!
  14. .......... ... He hooked another!! Yep the goat is devious! Claims to never be near a cliff, but you know what? .................... () are in abundance!
  15. .........Haha! In Dirks defense, you have to realize that #1 He is still under investigation of his wife's disappearance, this was intensified by the near bombing of Trevor's boat. Dirk is hard headed and blows his top off before he thinks! #2 Dirk is set up to play the pasty in Arnolds murder for the benefit of Bridget, the investigation is now away from her, and now focused on Dirk and Jim. #3 I'm not sure Dirk even knew Trevor was in Seychellies, he was unaware that Trevor was sailing alone. As far as Dirk is concerned he has f*cked up his relationship with Trevor, but it is all because of mis-communication between the two. Dirk is caring and trying to be very careful, but he needed the statutes of limitations to run out, why did he point to Trevor to visit his mothers relatives in December? Australia still holds the clue and yes, Trevor's mother is alive and well!
  16. ............. Henry is a great insightful character, it would appear Bridget isn't alone in having contacts in the police department. I'm going to guess it will be Henry that finds the Bridget/George connection, how revealing will Gonzales be with Henry? Gonzales has been silent lately, is he still investigating Bridget? Or is he focosed on the Egyptian police investigation report? ... Poor Trevor, a big opps! It is a shame he didn't think of slowing down earlier, he might have been able to spot Reunion in the daylight hours! OMG! What the hell is he planning to do! I wonder if those pool noodles will come in handy! What a great chapter, things are looking good for Dirk and Jim, but a whole lot more nerve wrecking for Trevor. The end of that chapter was mysteriously tense!
  17. ............Grrrr! So where is it! 11:10pnm here
  18. ...........Have no idea how I missed that!!
  19. ..........Is that the next title of the chapter?
  20. ............3 times, if you count that mist scene! Saw it today too, some scenes were a bit long and seemingly unnecessary. Molvoy and father seemed to be scared shitless in what little scenes they were in. But all in all, I thought it was one of the better movies in this saga.
  21. .........Not sure if it makes a lot of difference, although in navigation I can see that could make a big difference here. but the false cross and the southern cross do not seem to be much different in orientation here http://nzphoto.tripod.com/astro/asoutherncross.htm#3crosses It will be interesting to see how Trevor's adjustment compensates in the false reading of the stars.
  22. ............ Hmmm! Frank Tittle, a cross between Columbo and Mattlock, maybe? Is Gonzales going to discover the P.I. at the shop? Maybe they can collaborate some? Will Bridget and George be celebrating premature and miss the good news on Trevor while away? A good find for Trevor, finally some clothing, I was worried about the sunburn problem! I am a bit confused here though, twice the direction east and west have been mentioned, the supposed path of error being a hundred miles (as the map CJ provided) if Trevor readjusts it to turn west won't he be heading away from the island? Madagascar is west of him, the island Reunion is south and east of him. The sun still sets in the west right? Great chapter CJ, looks like the next titled chapter should be 'Landfall' or 'opps!'
  23. .......... Well responding to you won't be much good then? Haha, sorry sweetheart if you are having some problems! Call me if I can help out, and kick you're brothers sorry ass for me too!
  24. Benji

    Brave kid

.... Much better link, thanks Patrick!
  25. ....Indeed what could go wrong! New territory for you goat, and I cannot see it working out in the end! Something is going to screw this up, I see either the death of one of the two of Jake's mates or the introduction of a 4th. You have me stymied here!
