Dollar General is a type of store often in rural and small towns that sells basic items at a low cost and often small quantities. It serves mostly people on tight budgets who look for value.

By pure luck, Kenny realized Steve, the goofball, was deliberately failing his tests. He knew the subject n=matter, kept b nest, clear notes and scored well on practice tests. Kenny knew, Kenny scored low deliberately. So, Kenny asked Steve why. He was the first to learn Steve was scoring low on purpose. Will Steve tell the real reason he is sabotaging himself? Will he try making a joke out of it or tell a half-truth? Will Steve finally tell Kenny the real reason--even if it is painful? What will Kenny do what Steve gives his explanation after some soul searching?

I am getting depressed hearing how these three keep not understanding each other. At least two years in these three remain committed to their friendship.

It is not perfect Baptist order in Kenny's case. Kenny is LDS and Steve has blown up his carefully thought-out plans.

What a strange school admin that would allow one student to buy out all the tickets to two major dances ! Steve is a scoundrel who pushes the limits and knows how to get what he wants. He needed a ride to the dance with his sister and forced Kenny to give them a ride. Incidentally, on the way to school, Steve realized he really liked Kenny who had proceeded to antagonize. We still have to see if the tutoring sessions will help improve Steve's grades and attitude.

It is highly worth reading this second book of a three-part series. You end wanting to seek out part three. We are told-- Hugo "Wojciech is alone in a world of mirrors, haunted by the knowledge that he sacrificed his love, Alec Stoker, to save him." Follow their journeys, time distortions, extreme challenges and evil, powerful opponents. There are times all seem lost. Hugo and Alec are driven by their love for each other to continue on. They do not lose faith.

You left us enough loose ends and possibilities to make your readers really need to read your next book. I think it will be time to see how the key characters--Billy, Hugo, Stoker, Thomas, Miller--evolve given what has happened. Thankfully the tormentor, Dottie, is dead and can no longer cause mayhem Congrats to you and the insightful Jeff Burton.

Wonder how Cerberus will be applied in your story ? How will Steve get into Kenny his closeted tutor's pants? I hope he succeeds and both parties are pleased eventually. This hopefully promises to be an upbeat change of pace from your recent intense, autobiographical stories. Lead on great author!

Great premise--I so want to see these two guys figure out each other and hopefully connect. It should be messy and fun. Thanks for this new expression of your creativity.

Jimmy---Oh Jimmy What an intimate, sometimes raw and painful life story of the ups and downs of Jimmy living in Ottawa. You will learn of his challenges, internal struggles, friends, lovers and some special people that influenced him in wonderful ways. Pay attention to Wil. Jimmy kept going. He knew what mattered. He is a fascinating man. You are going to be marveled by him and like him.

What a touching, painful, exhausting and mutually needed separation for Wil and Jimmy. You helped us know the meant so much to each other but needed to move on to have real lives. This time in Ottawa was important and helped them grow and learn and love. Jimmy knew he had to be strong and leave. Thank you for being so revealing and compelling.

Interesting start Their first meeting did not go well. Jack was incensed by how Theodore treated him and belittled him. Theodore was surprisingly turned on and upset by this puny human messenger. Jack was the messenger who transmitted a note to Theodore requesting he meet Ryder at the top of a building, Theodore rejected Jack's claim that he was a clairvoyant. Theodore is going and Jack promises Vince he is attending, also Their first interaction was not promising,

Drew knows--He expects Jimmy to break his heart but wants to be with him until the end. Jimmy sees himself moving on and teaching in Cambodia Jimmy for now is being cuddled and cared for during his recovery from his bat attack. I hope he does mention his inner talks with his doctor--at least to ease his worry.

Thomas was acting like himself playing his violin and he scared off agents with their fears and worries. I did not see him helping out Hugo faced off with Dottie knowing all that she did to him an Alec. She was cruel, heartless and a witch. She will not leave them alone. She has to be stopped Now! So, he shot her and ended her life. Dottie will no longer hurt them. Hugo took his watch back from her. Hooray! I think this outcome is necessary for peace ending cycles and a fulfilling marriage for Hugo and Alec

Brad was denied. Lyn did not come to his rescue and Brad did not realize how much Lyn was being influenced by Alexander. The sex between Lyn and Alexander was awesome. Maybe she will have some one or more she trusts see if the key people she hates have some vulnerabilities to exploit. Stef knows she received the plate. The others do not know she has been reminded of them and are not anticipating any reaction or potential attack from Elizabeth Dangerfield.

So much extreme pain was inflicted on captured restrain heroes But, relief was on the way. The fairy prince captured Luke and tormented him until Thomas arrived and found a way to victory. The fairy prince was wrapped in vines and mercilessly tickled. He was tormented. Thomas and Traveler took Luke away to safety. The fairy prince promised revenge. Charles was captured by Ignatious and badly tickled and tortured. Charles was finally able to break through and read the sick mind of the disturbed Ignatious, Charles realized his tormentor need reform and relief and would ask Thomas to help him when they returned from the warehouse. What an ambitious, scary opening chapter....

OMG-What a horrible non-date that he paid for--and suffered through! But the night got even worse when he left the too expensive restaurant alone. Jimmy was so lucky to survive after being hit in the head and robbed on the street. He was disoriented, nauseous, hallucinating and bleeding. He moved ahead by instinct, threw up and finally found a safe place and friends as he walked. He was taken to a hospital due to his obvious injuries. You read in the papers of people being assaulted and nearby people ignore them and do not want to get involved. No "Good Samaritan" shows up to help save them or get them help or police. Jimmy was his own force of nature who willed himself to survive and find a safe place and good people he knew for assistance.

I am reminded of the devil as a youth in the stories by Michael Arram. He was also known as the destroyer who was extremely powerful who carried out punishment. Jonas was the name he was given. He was purposively very young and handsome and best related to other young males. I am wondering if he is more like Jason Bourne who was unleashed after a major accident--a ship blew up in his mission. Well, he was told to go " Black " under and existing protocol. So, he is a clandestine asset for some part of the CIA. It will be fascinating to learn more of his story and find out the role he is now going to play.
