Lucas the Lost and Scorpion Falls are not where I thought they were. They are far apart. Hmmm

What an unpleasant, too long seeming drive. Too much passive aggressive behavior, I say, David kept his head down and remained quiet. At least he figured out why his mother was delaying the trip. His father who is the college professor appears clueless as to his wife's motivation. It could be another long and silent car ride back, if things do not change.. Let us see how they all act and converse at the farm of David's aunt.

Silverton is a violent, corrupt, nasty place ruled by the mineowners and not under the control of the king. Things are going to get very messy as soon as the caravan approaches Silverton. The mine owners want to buy what dragon and expect Mablin will sell it to them. Since they expect to make a profit, they should not be offering Mablin a fair price.Their buyer is taking enough men to be convincing or brutal, if required. However, the buyer has told someone else of the plan. Plus, another green eyed being wants intel and could be causing more trouble. I can see a huge fight take place with the merchants' buyer demands the dragon be sold to him at a low price and his guards/criminals attempt to force the sale by fighting. The Seandrans will win combat, I expect. Mablin will realize he has to bypass the miner controlled city and sends someone in the tell his advance party to leave and meet them on the road. The mine owners will be very upset when they find out their buyer did not get the dragon. Hopefully, Mablin is on the way to Scorpion Falls before they can find him. I can see a further wrinkle. The Green dragons might want vengenance and the kill all in the caravan and bring back the fallen green dragon. They should have spies out looking for the caravan and if they find out about the miner's plan --someone has found out--could follow the buyer to the caravan and let the two sides fight and then kill the winners and bring back the green dragon. The greens in any form will be routed when they face Sand Dragons should they appear But now the potential efffort to buy the dragon before they get to Silverton is not known. Mablin and others have come up with a plan for the Seandreans to act against their nature. I can see an issue with the inability of the young Seandrans being able to act appropriately for the city and this time and will get into trouble fast. They see no solution as the chapter ends. Things can change as we know from the possible upcoming forced dragon sale and possible combat. As it stands, before they start on the road to Silverton, I can see an option for just Mablin and Gradon go into Silvertion for a short stay to sell dragon parts and the rest bypass the city start on the road for Scorpion Falls. This next chapter should be scary and violent and full of surprises. I expect Xavier and his mates will make the difference and will help Mablin and his team become victorious.

What a wonderful, romance filled story that is just perfect for Christmas day. You can tell each of the main chracters is a good soul and open to learning and able to not hold grudges. Greg opened up, took challenges and disappointments in stride and grew. It was almost as if he and Steve were fated. I loved the line Greg asked--- How do we start?” “In the shower.” And they did and it was just right and truly enjoyable and life affirming. They became a real couple in love. After Chip--Charlie-returned to his dorm, the three had a heartfelt , open talk and Chip came out easily. They began to live and act honestly and support each others' choices. Eventually , Steve and Greg created their own home in the area and Chip moved in and later his boyfriend moved in. Love stayed in the air. This is how you want things to turn out in the best of all possible worlds. Thank you. Merry Christmas!

I bet horses hate mice and rats who could eat their horse feed. Horses should like cats who will get rid of mice and other vermin. You have one main figure in your story line that hates cats. Kage hated cats. I think he called them the spawn of the devil talking after Elijah fucked him.

What a wonderful, affirming Christmas story. My fav part of the house is the well stocked, large library. I would be in heaven like Charlie-- "I thought Charlie was going to have an orgasm when he saw it!"

It is good to read the boys are getting along famously. They are joking about the club and Owain wants to reveal his jock strap choice later. Colin seems to have more party experience and thought Owain should wear a kilt. So its on to IKEA to shop and maybe a meal inside and then the club. Thank you for this holiday treat of goodwill and comradeship. Warm wishes for a Merry Christmas!

Thank you for an appropriate, wonderful ending just right to wish us a Merry Christmas. Blessings of the season to you for a good and robust story and she who helped you and took our praise and good natured abuse.

Really, no comment on her nickname? Maybe with this increased attention, she might comment now. Is there any reason you saw a connection between the horse and how your editor looks?

This eventually turned out to be a very good night. One rough patch was taken care of after a hassel. Harry started out helping Charlie and Michael by giving them some money to enjoy the fair and rides. He had to insist and they gratefully took the assisiance. They later returned home to him very pleased. The group went happily to the big event but Liam was stopped at the entrance by a supercilious prig who woul not let him come in with his crutches. How ridiculous and upsetting. He needed them to get around. Max shouted at the guard and attacted attention. A supervisor came and apologized and offered a wheelchair when needed. One was provided later when Liam became very tired. They all enjoyed the rides and prizes were won at the skills contests. The fireworks at the end of the event were spectatcular and entertaining. Returning home they ate a delightful meal of chilli and baked potatoes-- mmmmm. Stacy and Brad ploted about Charlie's birthday party and added Michaels to the mix since his is also nearby in time. The two boys should be surprised. What a great change for Charlie and Michael in just a few weeks . They are pleased and happy by all this. They have a comfortable family and friends, a gramps, and a home. They will both be employed soon. Life is looking up. Thank you for a wonderful story. It makes the season seem upbeat and encouraging. Good things can happen when people truly care and lives can be made better.

What turmoil--- It looks like Cahoun has figured out Micco's problem and connects to why he is guilty---“Michael,” Calhoun says, “Is it possible you are suffering a relapse of your dissociative identity disorder? Is it possible you have lost time recently, and simply don’t recall some of the behavior Ms. Landis and Ms. Higgins are describing? Micco denies it and all hell breaks loose soon after--But Officer Burke enters and stops the interrogation. He is incensed at Calhoun for questioning Micco and hears why he allowd it.He says stop. They will split up to address the animals in the refuge and other issues from the incoming hurricane. Micco and Chase move into an area and become very personally close and sexually interested in each other again. They have brought back their feelings Suddenly, Rory shows up and wants to confess and meets with Calhoun. What is said? Is Micco exonerated or made more guilty? Calhoun comes out and says he needs to talk to Chase as a result of what has just been said by Rory. The hurricane is confusing and stressing the situation. Will the legal investigation be stopped or cut short leaving Micco at risk? I am sorry you have gotten covid. I hope it is not a painful version and your recovery is not delayed. Good Luck!

Gordon and Brian are acting as a real family--meeting people together, dealing with Toby and planning things together. While Dierdre's life is going down a different path uncertain in her mind, they are becoming more committed to each other in love and planning to marry. They are being very considerate of Toby and his interests. Toby will see their stability and know who is more dedicated to him. They can and will do things as a happy encouraging family that will nurture Toby. The ball is in Dierdre's couty to mantain contct with Toby. With some emails and maybe a call or two she can encourage Toby. If she ignores him, then Toby will be hurt but may slowly see he needs to accept Jasper is the center of her life. By the way, if things falls apart with Jasper , she could become a very bitter, even more unpleasant person and mess up Toby's world. Gordon grinned, “Nothing like a good holiday to knock the gilt off the gingerbread.” But , Brian and Gordon and Toby should live their lives the way they want looking to their better futures. They are building something which can withstand turbulence , I believe. Merry Christmas. Your interesting, thoughtful contributions are helping me to better enjoy the season. I like seeing a family grow and love and handle life well.

PrivateTim What is the impact of the Sheriffs dept investigating the case on Travis? You suggested this is important. Is one more serious and professional?

I vote for Saturday. Thanks for asking.

David is getting the best of both worlds during his explorations. He is learning to make sense of what he finds from a wise old Indian or Native American and from trusted books his father nominated to him. It soulds like one of his trips yielded rocks with gold like that found by the two men who funded the university. The gold rush in California started in 1849 and many sought to make their fortune. Having help start a college was a good, lasting investment alternative.

Great fireworks are ahead. I have good memories of the displays. The TV also has shows . I have been seeing them in person since my childhood half-way across the US. My neighborhood now has them for the regular and Chinese New Years. Fireworks can be legally sold in the US and their is , I am told, a decent black market from Mexico. I like knowing that Michael is going to work for a friendly, happy place. He is set to learn on the job and soon at college. Life continues to look up.

“Last night, Curtis Buck was shot in his home in Pacific Palisades,” the reporter said. “Reliable sources indicate the police are trying to determine if he was murdered or if it was self-inflicted.” Why did the police think it could be suicide? Was it his gun? Did the scene look like he shot himself? A serious investigation could tell if it was staged and not a real suicide. Let us hear what the police say when they interview Travis.

Cum hungry Simon cannot get enough seed from the orc king who soon died by having too much sex with Simon. Now Simon has to fuck a guard before he can flee imprisonment--or maybe he is not able to escape. The next chapter might show what Simon's new status is.

It is messy. The police have to be thorough. This is a high visibility case. The TV news report on the murder featured Travis as the person who faulted his dad on destroying Buck Industries. He might be the number one suspect for the police--especially since he visited the home earlier. Being innocent is not enough to keep Travis safe. I think Will is right that the murderer might try to pin the blame on Travis. Taylor hates him and may blame him for the sad shape she and Curtis are in. She could make wild charges even if she killed Curtis to get back at Travis. I hope the lawyer for Travis is good and he listens to her. I also hope Jake's beating of Curtis was not discovered.

I visited IKEA two days ago in Sacramento, CA. I purchased some meatballs and lingonberry jam and a Santa hat and two planters to hold some herbs I am to bring inside. It has some neat things for the Christmas holidays which are now on sale. I am going to return later to buy some plants that are just right to live indoors . The boys can add items that will make a house a home. They can dream up new living arrangements.

They have a case with the way the trust or estate was handled. It is all in the details, but not giving them what they are due for 20 years sounds like a serious problem and they could be owed a great deal of money. Assuming the guilty party can pay. I like Owain and Mhari looking up their family history. They might find out information that can help them grow and feel better. They need to know more than the limited and restricted life experiences their dad and mother taught them.

Vann will get his pony and a dad. Caleb and Asa will gain three boys and a swimming pool for a larger home. He and Asa will have a good family raised right as Caleb promised Silas. You brought people and the shifters together to celebrate and mourn and healthfully move on. Thank you.

Beckett is now on his own to petition the mage council. The portal is broken. Valrinda cannot go inside the city. The entrance to the castle blocked by a huge golem who wants to know if he has an appointment. He is at an impass. I bet he can find a way in. He can make a sce and attract a mage. I am sorry you were very sick. I hope things are much improved for you and you can really enjoy the holiday season.

I like how Charlie and Michael are growing and becoming more confident. They have insecurities and friends work together and help them adapt. Charlie is on the way to having a boyfriend. Michael might be a singing star and employed. The future looks up for two boys who were recently homeless.

I like that they have become honest with each other and are eventually able to set limits in a friendly way. Russ takes criticism well and learns from it. He is even learning how better to deal with Toby who he genuinely likes.
