    Once again, the day-to-day became mundane, without too much out of the ordinary happening. Brendan was getting used to being 'single' again, and the kids were content. About the only thing that could be considered interesting in the near term was a trip to the phone store. Jill and Steve were allowed to get basically full function phones. Brendan felt Nick, however, shouldn't have unfettered access to the Internet, so he got a more basic phone, one tailored for younger children. The salesperson
