I’m not sure what I can add beyond the already written reviews, but this book is certainly worth the time it will take to read it. We have a teen-aged boy who due to a tragic accident loses his memory of everything that came before. If that wasn’t bad enough, he somehow finds himself involved with the alphabet soup that is the US government. Twists and turns abound. There’s even one character you just want to strangle, and another you have to wonder whose side they’re on. Stir it all together and you’ve got something worthy of professional authors. So, stop reading reviews and read the story!!!

I definitely understand readers desire for sequels, closure of plot points that moved the story along, but could easily be ignored going forward. At least one of my sequels wasn’t even a glimmer of thought until a comment or review triggered ‘yeah, that’s a good idea.’ Like movies, sequels are difficult to hold up against the first part. You have your work cut out for you to make book 2 as good or better. But that’s what promising authors do, isn’t it?

I had the phone keypad idea. I think it was said it was 9 numbers. So maybe it’s a 9 letter word that can be numerical like Anton said above. Now to go find out!!

Wow. Just wow. The warehouse scene reminded me of one of the many Reacher vs. a crowd of bad guys that lost the battle.

Just give her a broom, she can fly out of town on her own. Oh, but make sure the broom will disintegrate once it reaches an altitude of say, 200 feet.

I think the prat is being used by foggy Josh to take the fall. He’ll be the one standing next to Josh when the bullet intended for Josh misses the target by about three feet. It’ll be the ultimate prat-fall!

I’m guessing Josh won’t be introduced to the panic room until it’s absolutely necessary. He’s settling in, but there is a lot that is still unsettled.

No wonder I can’t figure anything out like everybody else seems to be. If I ever saw D.A.R.Y.L., I don’t remember any of it. I’ve seen the Bourne movies, but like books and other movies, I don’t remember much from them unless I’ve seen them numerous times. Not the case Matt. If you took a lot from The Rainmaker or Rounders, I’d recognize more. And I know I’ve never watched Dexter. Whatever that is. So, I’ll just continue to blindly follow along and continue missing hints and Easter eggs. I do like jelly beans though.

Thats even if Jeff goes if/when he’s accepted. Hint of a spoiler there. We all know Jeff isn’t that smart. Nothing is guaranteed yet. Brodie’s grounded for a couple more days, he’ll forget all about Leon. Believe it or not, Jeff is the brains of that particular pairing. Leon’s disappointed because he knows his brother has been through a ton of shit and being gay might just dump another load on him.
