    I guess that’s something. I didn’t think it was too obvious, glad it wasn’t Always possible I suppose. Makes sense. I was figuring they were in their rooms doing homework or something. Lost a day? No, saying it was Monday would have given away the twist. You guys knew he looped out Sunday morning and thought he’d gone to bed Saturday night. He just doesn’t know it yet.

    I could definitely see how you'd take it that way. Of course, I didn't see that while I was writing it. Perhaps he still was feeling the effects of his first patient's suicide, and it clouded his judgement. More likely, I simply didn't think that scene through well enough.

    I felt great, leaving work after that appointment. I started down the path of getting Steve comfortable with who he is, and I also tricked Ed into realizing he wasn't as tolerant as he thought he was. The kids noticed my good cheer when I picked them up from daycare. The conniving little devils decided to take advantage of it. They whispered quietly in the back seat.     I'll have to look for a place to have them donate a dollar or two. 🤑 I see myself in a lot of them. I'm not as nice as it appears. No argument here. Prejudice is prejudice. Unless it's simple stupidity, I have no tolerance for it whatsoever.

    Well, they're all doctors, so they need to spend their money on something if they don't do drugs. This story will likely be very light on sex. Gotta "stick it in" somewhere. The world is full of hypocrites. I said most people don't hate ... He had the impresion, obviously false, that he would remain with his son, so the gayness factor didn't worry him.

    Short and sweet. I think the comment I left says enough: A touching story of a friendship that hit some bumps, but ended up with love. It deserves all 5 stars it got.

    Even later to the party. I’d have added an epilogue that gave Brett exactly what he deserved. I won’t go into any details, but suffice to say, what he did to Josh would be nothing compared to what I’d give him. Regardless, a touching story of a friendship that hit some bumps, but ended up with love. It deserves all 5 stars it got.

    Christmas in April, way cool. I'll echo everything above, both care needed when heroing, and the activities at the hospital. Devin was kind of a hero there too, and he didn't need to make himself bigger.

    I have to admit I’m an old fart. But I don’t understand the significance of meta. The only use I’m aware of is as in metadata, but I can’t see how that’s relative. Google tells me it’s a technology company. Again, no help. It’s probably not germane to understanding the story. I just feel like I’m missing something like an inside joke. That said, Diego needs to get GPS chips planted in the boys bodies somehow, so when dickhead takes off with them, they can be tracked.

    If Steve kept the camera pointed at Calvin, there’s no way the judge would know got sure. Just because Calvin said he had a gun, there’s no proof. Plus he took it apart, made it temporarily useless.
