    Chapter 12

Lee Wilson commented on Paladin's story chapter in Chapter 12

It looks like Andre’s pervert is finally going to get what’s coming to him. Excellent story so far @Paladin.

And what there is, is constantly changing. Pretty sure Georgia’s got a little more restricted this year. It was red when he was carried out.

    Chapter 56

Lee Wilson commented on John Henry's story chapter in Chapter 56

Pins and needles, you cornered the market on them after this weekend’s multi-post @John Henry. Saturday can’t get here fast enough.

The toll may yet be higher, perhaps not in death though. Tennis anyone? Manny: I’ll pass. I’m pretty sure I’ll keep my 3-day intervals for a while.

The next couple chapters will address the first two points. Yes, they are definitely getting closer.

Be afraid, be very afraid. Maybe.
  7. Lee Wilson
And you shall get them. What form is the question.

We as a species are stuck with 2 “I” words, intelligence and ignorance. I think more of the species suffers from the second. Can he change? We will see. Quite appropriate.

Not a lot of time to comment right now. But I will catch up at some point.

There’s something like a china shop coming up for that bull to demolish. I’ll let the music respond to the second half:

First part, I’ll simply say no comment. Second part, believe it or not, there was no pre-thought about doing that. It came like so much more of what I write, stream of consciousness.

We may be getting happy news soon. However, we may also not. Time will tell.
  13. Lee Wilson
That’s funny. I might have to think about moving as he gets more and more senile.

First cousin, once removed. Who says we are?

    Chapter 54

Lee Wilson commented on John Henry's story chapter in Chapter 54

You should send the real Calvin the link to the story, with a short note that says: Enjoy your story, Fuck you very much

For some odd reason, Putin decides to bomb rural Georgia and wipes out that whole area. I have my ending. 😇
  17. Lee Wilson
Yeah, I needed to shock my readers with something other than a surprise ending. I did believe that a Bass-story was a good idea.

Between screams, Priscilla heard the ruckus as three police cars skidded into Charlie's parking lot: sirens wailing, lights flashing. She stopped screaming and slowly headed for the door, unsure if that guy Wally was dead or not. As she approached the door, it became obvious that he was. The back of his head was gone. Well, not gone; it was splattered on the door. The officers all stepped out of their cars and ducked behind the doors, waiting for any remaining gunplay. An ambulance arrived

    Chapter 54

Lee Wilson commented on John Henry's story chapter in Chapter 54

“Yeah, kinda,” Caleb chuckled then said, “Ow. My face hurts.” “Really?” Bryan said, “because it's killing me.” I knew that punchline was coming. Actually considered it in a story I’m in the middle of. “He told me that he had sexually assaulted his former best friend, Diego Padilla.” Oh, Diego can’t be happy to have that publicly revealed. Enjoy your vacation, JH, and get well soon.

    Chapter 53

Lee Wilson commented on John Henry's story chapter in Chapter 53

Not a person of interest? Fuck that. She ought to get her ass canned and Billy sue the shit out of her for negligence. I hope both Caleb and @John Henry recover completely. I also hope Bryan doesn't take matters into his own hands and seek revenge. Although I wouldn't blame him in the least. I know I would be nail-spitting mad.

This isn't the place for a political argument, so I'll bow out now and keep my opinions to myself. The other readers probably don't care what I think about politics and politicians, anyway.
  22. Lee Wilson
Well, I didn't know it until I started answering these comments. As far as batshit goes; you're just as likely to meet a batshit Democrat. They're all crazy and worthless, at least the ones in public office. Apparently, winning an election corrupts even the most honest person.

Yeah, Alaska is, or at least was, a special case until 2019. As far as Walmart is concerned: As of September 2019, we have discontinued the sale of: handguns, which were previously sold only in our Alaska stores ammunition for handguns It wouldn't surprise me if other stores held out just as long, or longer. Alaska is pretty much the final frontier, w.r.t. the US.
  24. Lee Wilson
Not even Walmart will let you walk out with a handgun right away. The main reason for that is they don't sell them anymore. You could get a rifle or shotgun (technically any long gun, not auto or semi-auto) within 30 minutes in some states. That would be after a federal background check. The background check could take up to three days in some instances. Unfortunately, the rules aren't the same for private sellers. Finding one at the drop of a hat probably isn't that easy, especially in a lightly populated area where I chose to place the bar. Wally already owned the gun.
  25. Lee Wilson
Probably shouldn't say this, well, I'll hide this little tidbit about Rocky and 8th grade, so you don't have to see it if you don't want to. Well, I don't say anything about the weapon, it's a fairly small neighborhood bar, so close is pretty sure.
