They're generally born from the initial idea, but I do start some untitled until a key item happens that becomes a worthy title. I'm usually only a few chapters ahead before I start posting, so enough has happened to elicit a title. But they come from the same dark corner of my mind as do the stories.

Will she have to go anywhere? Who knows, Aunt Elaine is a big question mark right now. And based on what I've found, 10-14 days are sufficient. The doctor's visit came on day 21, after she took Billy's virginity. And that wasn't the only time. The fact that she's only a few days late lines up pretty well with one of those early sessions.
