    Maybe surprising, but I think the Judge justified it well enough: Secondly, constructive possession is not as severe a charge as actual possession. So reasonable doubt on the arson and a fairly minor drug charge makes no bail, in my mind, overkill.

    @Philippe makes a good point about jurisdiction. Jonah will definitely need to stay, but that’s only temporary. This story took a leap in a direction I know I wasn’t expecting. Can’t wait to read more!
