That's it, that's the crucial moment, Aiden finally telling the Jason what a scumbag he is!

Brent wasn't drunk, under some spells, unaware what he is doing! It was completely consensual, and he even enjoyed it!

This is coming of age story resisting some cliches and already seen plots. Aiden, the main character is fighting his insecurities, love pains, sexuality, betrayal, molesting. His decisions are not always the smartest one, but as naive teenager with wild hormones, he is doing the best he can. As old saying says what doesn't kill you make you stronger. Aiden finds the love he deserves, and it will be interesting to see his personal (physical and psychological) growth in Book 2. It would be nice to see tied up some loose ends from Book 1 also. @Remijay has made a good basis to continue this interesting story, hope we will hear more of Aiden and Xavier in the future.

Jason is really awful, egocentric, selfish, ugly person. Although I'm not a fan of the way Aiden handled the revenge (using sex as revenge tool could hurt Aiden too), Jason deserved even worse. Jason is so manipulative, giving Aiden cold/hot treatment all the time. It is his ego who is broken, not heart, so, it would be nice that in Book 2, Jasson really get what deserves, broken heart and left by everyone. Maybe some revelation regarding Ryan from the hospital and his role in kidnapping and raping would be interesting to explore in Book 2. I'm glad Aiden and Xavier are happy together, they both deserved it. Very nice story @Remijay you have made some possibilities for Book 2. Good luck.

Is the mother punishing Seth for this actually?! Complete lunacy... Oxygen starvation at birth could make Stacy slow learner, that could explain her bad grades, but it is not excuse for her behavior. It is totally mother's fault for spoiling her. I don't know what might repair this damaged family, only escape for Seth might be at his father's home.

Well, that was a nightmare... Rather bizarre start of the chapter although, I know that medical staff, police officers, firemen...use dark humor to survive some very difficult psychological crises.
