Yeah, I'm basically snowed in. Just to give everyone an idea of how rare this is. It didn't snow at all last year, and the only time I've seen snow before this was on Christmas Eve, and it melted on Christmas day. A mesquite tree across the street lost a huge branch from all the snow and ice. There are tree limbs everywhere, and there are reports of roofs collapsing all across the Metroplex.

Well, Jame is still evil. There's no surprise there. At least Nelson now has some blackmail material. So it seems that Milo is finally realizing what he really wants, but how far is he willing to go? Is he willing to tell the truth, that he's gay? It will be interesting to see how things turn out.

I honestly don't like the premise of this thread. First and foremost, there are rules for the entire site, and the rules for the site apply to chat, though not at the same level as the forums. Is there a clique in chat? Of course there is, but it is an ever growing group. There have been some who have not be accepted. Having said that, some have offended chat regulars, and others are quick to attack the offender from all sides. It's a natural response to a certain degree, but it has caused problems. I think we forget that chat was closed for over a year for a multitude of reasons. In the last few months, it seems that there has been a great deal of disharmony in chat, and we really need to find a way to resolve this problem, whether it be for stricter enforcement of rules in chat, people learning to behave more maturely, or chat being taken out all together. I would hate to see the latter happen, and I'm sure that most wouldn't like it either, but there comes a point when the administration has to make unpopular decisions. We don't have to go out of our ways to fight. If you want chat where you get into fights freely, as far as I know there are still "fight rooms" on Yahoo! Chat. Feel free to go there if that's what you want. GA is supposed to be a community of people with a common interest, one focused on sharing gay-oriented stories. GA Chat should be a place, both new and old, to come together to have fun. It should be a place of respect. Perfection is not to be expected, but we can do a better job than we have been doing. It's actually not difficult to solve any problems that do arise ourselves. We can ignore anyone who has been problematic, but fighting isn't the answer. Yeah, I'll admit that I've had a few skirmishes in chat, but I was used to that more in-your-face style from back in my own days on Yahoo! Chat, and I'm more adjusted now and more in control of my emotions. If I can be better in that regard, surely everyone else can as well.

Well, it would appear that Milo is a gutless coward, so if Nelson ever reaches a similar conclusion, he'll start to see Brandon in a different light. I agree with jackariah where Milo is concerned. I really do hope Milo wakes up, but it does not seem likely at this point...

So I was checking out a long range forecast, and it looks like even March is going to be cold. This year has been weird all the way around. And then it says above normal temperatures in April and May. One might think that a cold winter would mean a cooler than normal spring and (hopefully) a cooler than normal summer. Well, the story is having a nice start. The thing I don't like is that Stefan's father appears to be 100% straight, so it looks like there's going to either be a lot of hetero sex or none at all.

He's a little wishy-washy. I don't know if he can ever really be there for Nelson in the way he deserves. I could be wrong though. On the other hand, he's really cute and does have a sweet side. I don't have the same affinity for him that I had for Jude or Aiden for that matter.

Chapter 16 was definitely interesting. I'm glad that everything is good between Cray and Jack. I worried about that a little. I thought it'd take more time for Cray to accept him back in his life. I'm so glad I was wrong.

I think it should be legal. The only reason it maybe should not be is because people are raging pussies. However, to me, there are a lot more reasons to make it legal. It would help Darwin sort things out for sure. Only a complete idiot would actually be in a duel, so why not let him? It would be nice if people weren't so rude these days. If people had to worry about being in a duel that might end their lives, they might be a little nicer. And yes, seeing jerks being disemboweled would be quite nice. And yes, if my friend wanted me to assist I would. I'd say, "It's been nice knowing you."

Poor Brandon really got the brush off. He seems like a good guy. Unfortunately for him, Nelson wants someone else. I am starting to see a clearer picture here. It seems what Jame is doing is probably two fold. First, he's ruined Nelson's reputation. Second, he's probably told Milo that Nelson doesn't want him anymore, so things are just awkward. Jame is extremely manipulative and opportunistic. I could be wrong about what he's done to Milo, but it's pretty obvious what he's doing to Nelson. If ever Dom needed to kill a character off, Jame is a good target.
