    Chapter 6

I'll bet you end up liking Tony. In a year or two. Maybe.

    Chapter 6

I thought it was a nice way to show Jeanine getting some stability in her life, and getting some support from the family for doing it. I'll bet we have lots of people in New York on 9-11. ;-)

Shit + Fan = Chapter 7. Hank's just a hard working, honest gal. Dealing with these people must blow her mind.

    Chapter 6

LOL. Happy domesticity isn't the CAP way. Notice how foreign it was to Will when he got to Hank's house?

    Chapter 6

June 24, 2001 “When are you going back?” Tony asked me, even as he zipped up his suitcase. “I’m going to check in with my dad, then book a flight out. I’ll probably end up leaving tomorrow,” I said. He wasn’t used to traveling the way that I did. He’d had his trip planned out and tickets bought over a month ago. My impulsiveness was foreign to him, although the fact that it cost a lot of money to just hop on a plane with short notice may have factored into it too.

  7. That's precisely so, and that's important. I would also suspect that it's an even bigger issue than that, since Bertie has considerable influence within John Company. So the 90% that Maidstone would exercise may be somewhat diminished by the fact that the man he is trying to displace is a person of some consequence.
  8. Is it too late to enter?

    Chapter 5

LOL. You get another happy chapter after this one, then the shit hits the fan again, in true Will fashion.

    Chapter 5

Dana creating problems because Will is underaged could feasibly be a problem, only how would she know, and even more important, how could she prove it? If she accuses Tony of molesting Will, and they both deny it, their families back them up, then it's just Dana looking like a shrew.

    Chapter 5

I'll bet Tony's mother is way more clued in than any of them think. With her background (dealing with Sam and Jake, etc.) she's got to have some majorly good gaydar.

    Chapter 5

    I'm glad!!!

    Chapter 5

I liked your thoughts! As for your questions, I don't think that Tony is like Robbie, i think that Will loves him, and so some of Tony's gestures mean more to him as a result. Think of that friend you know that smiles kind of weird, or walks goofy, or makes stupid voices. If you love that person, those things aren't weird, they're cute. That's what's happening here. I really don't know what Will and Tony's relationship will be like. We're advancing about ten years to where Will would be in a position to really think about a forever man, and that's a long, long time at his current life stage. Then again, it's entirely possible that Will won't have a single true love, at least not for a long time. He's flighty with men, not unlike Stef, but he also knows that if he lets someone get really close to him (he's not letting Tony anywhere near that close right now), they could really hurt him. At least subconsciously, he's got to be worried about that.

Answers answers answers...probably not. You are Robbie-whining about the drama. It's part of the deal. Makes it fun to write, because then I can visualize readers falling into the depths of despair, banging their heads against their monitors, or iPads. If I really want to have fun, I pretend that it's Jeremy who's banging his head. (SMILE) You're right, the Will haters are out there, waiting to enjoy the torture, while knowing that my love for happy endings will probably foil their most dastardly fantasies. How much fun is this?!!

    Chapter 5

I think that the kind of intuition Will has in an inherent trait, not a learned skill, but if it was learned, he certainly has had some good teachers.
  16. The Dido song. I forgot all about that!
  17. I think it was less about that, but more about Will feeling someone have the same kind of hold over him. Those gestures aren't unique, and they really only work and have meaning if you are into the other person.

    Chapter 5

This whole situation has to be totally blowing his mind. I see him walking around in a daze, wondering what the hell he should do.

    Very well said.

    LMAO.

    Chapter 5

I don't think anything with Dana goes smoothly, unless it goes her way.

    Chapter 5

June 23, 2001 “So the first thing you need to do is tell me what you want us to be,” I said, trying to lay this out logically for him. His mind was like that, so if I spelled it out in an organized sequence, it would be easier for him to work through it. “I want to be with you, but I don’t know what that means.” Tony wasn’t emotional, and he wasn’t very demonstrative. I’d learned with him that I really had to look carefully to figure out what was going on inside his
  23. God, Jeremy, don't tell me you're a Twilight fan. Sigh. They got anther one.

    Chapter 4

See, and I say that all the time (about the joint and the dick. I don't say awwww all the time).

    Chapter 4

Two things: 1. I like your term "peek out of the closet a bit more". I think that's what Tony will do. 2. Get the fuck out of here and go see the world. I've had family members do that, and the problem with staying here in the US is that all you're seeing is the same thing. Oh I know that New York, San Francisco, and Chicago are very unique. But they're still American cities. Go to Paris. Go to Rome. Someplace you always wanted to go. Just do it. It's so very different, but you will love it.
