Happy to oblige, ma'am. I haven't, although I've visualized some adventures for Granger after the end of the Napoleonic Wars, so I'd say they'll go for as long as I'm interested in writing them, people are interested in reading them, and/or George dies. I guess that's theoretically possible, although I hadn't thought about continuing with his son (s) Another interesting possibility. That would be a way to lunge into another period of history, especially naval history. I love French history, so somewhere down the road is a story set at the court of Louis XIV. I have an interesting twist to the Man in the Iron Mask story in mind. It really depends on my mood. CAP is easier to write, because I can get more into the characters and let the flow of the story really take me. That's because it's more modern, and doesn't require as much research. With Bridgemont, I like to make sure that the story compliments or steals events from history, and that takes a bit more work.

So as I plan ahead and think of future stories, I thought I'd give you guys the opportunity to give me some feedback. What age do you think it would be appropriate for WIll to f**k (anally penetrate) another guy? And at what age should Will be anally penetrated by another guy?

Here's my personal view on minors and sex, and I'll use this to guide myself through the storyline. I figure that once guys hit puberty, they're going to be sexually active. So the questions that I have to answer are this: 1. What is the fictional-story age range limit for a partner for a minor? Generally speaking, my rule is a maximum of 5 years older. 2. What kind of sexual activities should a guy under the age of 16 be involved in? Before that age, I can see guys involved in frottage, jacking-off (mutually, alone, with each other, all the time, etc.), body exploration ("If I put my finger here, does it feel good?"), and oral sex (blow jobs and rimming). If they are involved in actual f**king, it will be with another minor that is close in age to them.

I think that's really the key...that he's trying to solve his own problems by not putting himself in that situation. In my way of thinking, a barely 18-year-old male would probably be self-reliant (figure out how to solve things on his own), and would solve the problem by avoidance ("I just won't have sex anymore"). I don't know that he'd overly moralize about things, especially since the most serious aspect of what he did was with Zach, and there were probably issues there before they f**ked around. You're right, but it's always interesting after the story is done to go back and see what everyone said in the beginning, and compare that to how things turned out.

Actually, I kind of expected more comments like this. Let me put you on the spot: When you were under 16, did you ever sleep with, or want to sleep with, an older guy? The reason that I asked this is because I've had 3 other guys take me to task for that, and when push came to shove, all of them had answered yes to that question.

I'd jump at the chance to go somewhere else, but I don't know if I'd move away permanently.

I get the feeling that Gathan knows that, and he feels a lot of anguish about it. We're in the mind of a pretty f**ked-up Hayes boy. I'm not trying to defend what he did, but I also think that he must have grown quite a bit since then, in that he's figured out that he has a problem and he's trying to deal with it.
