March 1, 2004 Beverly Hills, CA Will I almost giggled as I climbed into the big Suburban limo. Stef had grown very attached to these large SUVs, and while he said it was due to the extra room, I think he also liked them because they were taller and Grand had to stretch a bit to get in them. Tom had opted to sit up front with the driver, so it ended up being just Stef and I in the back. “I like Travis,” Stef said. “I like him a lot,” I said, grinning. “H

I realize we've taken a detour, but I think we need to get to know Travis.

March 1, 2004 Malibu, CA Will I led Travis up to my room and it was cute that he headed straight toward the elevator pad to my bedroom. He walked into the bedroom and up to the bed, then stopped. “Kick off your socks and shoes,” I said. He looked at me strangely but did what I told him to. “Now strip down to your boxers.” “Okay,” he said, smirking at me. Off came jeans, hoodies, and t-shirts until we were standing

March 1, 2004 El Matador Beach Malibu, CA Will “I think you’re the only dude in sixth grade who has ever demanded a parent-teacher conference because he got a 94 on a test instead of a 96,” Travis said, giving me shit as we walked along the shoreline. That had been in my math class, and the teacher had graded my test wrong and refused to correct it. “I ended up with the 96,” I said, laughing with him. “It was hilarious. You pushed out power just l

March 1, 2004 The Hotel Bel Air Bel Air, CA Will I’d had a nice lunch with Stef and talked about all the issues that I’d been dealing with since I got down here, then I’d come back to my room. I’d stripped off my business garb and put on jeans and a t-shirt, then slipped on a hoodie. My choice of clothing had been a response to the weather, which pretty much matched my mood: it was overcast and rainy. My conversation with Stef should have helped me out, bu

Thanks. Don’t let the next story depress you. 😀

Very disturbing. Something that haunts JP and contributes to who he is.

It’s even more depressing to see the pattern repeated

March 1, 2004 The Hotel Del Mar Del Mar, CA Will Two things happened to disrupt the happy moment I had with Stef and Tom. I’d put my phone on vibrate, so when I felt it throbbing in my pocket, I took it out, looked at the caller id, and saw that it was Travis. I gave those two an apologetic look. “I have to take this,” I said, and answered it. “Hang on,” I told Travis. As soon as I did that, I heard the doorbell ring, announcing the arrival of the Anders-Haye

June 18, 1801 HMS Calliope The North Sea Off Great Yarmouth “I suspect that dawn will find us outside of Great Yarmouth,” Granger said. They had been able to fix their position yesterday, and the winds had been fair, so Granger felt fairly confident about his pronouncement. “Compared to our outbound trip, we have made good time,” Daventry noted. “I am most glad for that,” Granger said, letting his fears show briefly through his façade. “How is our N

A little excitement. 😀 By the way, in case you missed this announcement:

March 1, 2004 The Hotel Bel Air Bel Air, CA Will I paused to watch Zach, smiling at how angelic he looked as he slept. I quietly stripped off my clothes, turned the light back off, and climbed gently into bed. He was sleeping on his side, but just as I was about to spoon up behind him, he flopped onto his back. I carefully picked up his arm, admiring how muscular it was, and pushed it backward and moved it

What happens after Zach wakes up?
Mark Arbour replied to Mark Arbour's topic in Mark Arbour Fan Club's Topics
You guys are so much fun! Loving your thoughts! -
Put up a discussion topic on what happens next:
-
Chapter 53 is posted, so here's a question for you. When Zach wakes up and all this stuff comes out, what happens? 1. Travis, Zach, and Will have a threesome. 2. Will dumps Travis, or Travis dumps Will. 3. Will dumps Zach, or Zach dumps Will. 4. Zach and Travis end their relationship. 5. Things just stay weird, like they are, between the three of them.

February 29, 2004 The Pacific Coast Highway Santa Monica, CA Will “You seem deep in thought,” Travis said to me as I drove toward Malibu. “I’m just trying to figure out a plan to deal with your father,” I said. “You going to talk to me about it?” he asked. He sounded slightly annoyed with me, and that made me calm down my problem-solving mode, where I bulldozed ahead without consulting other peop

Why does everyone hate Zach?
Mark Arbour replied to Mark Arbour's topic in Mark Arbour Fan Club's Topics
Thank you all for explaining that to me. I can see where you all are coming from. Will always put himself out there for Zach, while Zach will only do that for Will when he feels like it. -

You do such a good job with this Jeremy! For surfing, my mind always goes back to 60's surf music, but that's probably because I'm old. 🙂 -
I asked this in the comments section, but I'm trying to get a feel for why Zach is so reviled. He is not without his faults (as Chapter 52 will reveal) but he has been very open with Will about his priorities (football) and what that means for his life (he'll live in the closet). So why?
-
So I have this fan club that I don't use nearly enough but I'm going to try to change that. Be sure to join. Here's the link:

February 29, 2004 The Hotel Bel Air Bel Air, CA Will “Nice room,” Travis said as we walked into my suite. “Come see the coolest feature,” I said. I grabbed a couple of towels and led him out to the patio with the hot tub. “This is awesome,” he said. The patio took a nice suite and made it incredible. I flipped the hot tub on and it started bubbling, then put my phone and one-hitter on the ledge next to it. I went back in and grabbed a couple of

I haven't focused on it, but the assumption is that he's still seeing his psychologist. In fact, I'll bet we get to see a meeting between them soon. 😁 You have good insights. I think that Will needs to dig more about Travis's deal with Taylor. I think that this has to be a way for him to strike back at her. I think this is exactly how Will wants things to be, but I think he's cursed by his feelings for Zach, which keep pulling him closer to Zach than he should be. He might.
