  1. I still don’t think he’ll see that as an issue
  2. I don’t think JJ sees the need for a career.
  3. Re JJ: sexual healing. 😀
  4. January 6, 1801 Mitau Palace Mitau, Courland Granger was having a very interesting conversation with the Comte d’Avaray about how he helped spirit Louis XVIII out of France during the tumultuous first years of the revolution. The man had already given Granger a complete description of the backward and barbaric Russian court, using words that would only further inflame the Tsar if he heard them. “I daresay, my escape from France was a bit less dramatic,” Granger joked.
  5. October 12, 2003 Bristol, CT JJ We were lying in bed after yet another amazing round of sex, with me feeling almost euphoric, and with Carullo seeming upset. I almost rolled my eyes at his moodiness. “Thank you so much for sticking up for me tonight,” I said sincerely, wondering if that was what was bothering him. “Pisses me off when those guys think they’re the shit, when they haven’t done anything,” he said, shaking his head in annoyance. “Aren’t you friends w

This was a fun story to write

    Chapter 54

Thanks. This is my favorite book in the Bridgemont series. It was a labor of love.
  14. You ask a good question: how to keep the characters separate? Actually, what I end up doing is writing one story for a while, then switching to the other, and so forth. Trying to bounce back and forth too much can confuse me.

    Chapter 32

The rich get richer. It was true then, and it's true now. Our George is a busy boy. 🙂

    Chapter 32

Do you really think Granger would miss a coup?😃
  17. January 2, 1801 Riga, Livonia “I think that gets better every time we do it,” von Beckendorf said, as he leaned in to kiss Granger. “I think you are correct,” Granger said, smiling at this randy young Teuton who was proving to be a very fun lover. “I will go down and see to our breakfast,” he said, which was his subtle hint to Granger to return to his own room and get ready for the day. It was convenient that there was a door connecting the two bedrooms, in addition
  18. October 11, 2003 Santa Cruz, CA Will I was so stoked when a monster wave started forming. “Catch this one!” I yelled, even as I got in position. My shout out certainly wasn’t for my father, who didn’t need my advice on which wave to catch. And it wasn’t for Beverly, who tended to read the ocean pretty well. Rather it was for Colin, who had a decent technique, but always seemed to catch the wrong wave. Then again, even when he caught the right wave, he usually caught it too

    Chapter 34

I would submit that JP and Stef, Isidore and Frank, and Claire and Jack are all together and doing well...at least for right now. 😈

    Chapter 1

You’d think you’d finally figure out that the comments are spoilers. 😃. This story is a bit dark.

    Chapter 24

So glad you’re back Steve. I had the same feeling about Hornblower and Bush, especially on their escape from France down the Loire.

    Chapter 28

I think it’s important because of how fair they’d emphasized they were being when they gave JP the condo. They’d set that up as their principle, then now he’d chucked it out the window.

    Chapter 24

I think the age, intellect, and maturity differences between them are what fuels JP’s guilt.

    Chapter 4

Thanks! Not a Bonneville...too big for him.
