Thanks Gary. I think Brad is simply clueless, and that's what a lot of this was supposed to show. Outside of his world with Marc, he's pretty oblivious to what's going on.

An FYI...I had planned to write a number of chapters of this story and publish them a bit later than this, to maintain a more regular posting pace, but the US Supreme Court decision spurred me to go ahead and launch the story now.

This story starts in June of 2003. The invasion of Iraq is over, George Bush has landed on the aircraft carrier and proclaimed "Mission Accomplished", and the insurgency has yet to begin. Some may think America is at the height of its power. Meanwhile, in the CAP world: JJ and Will, both in doomed relationships that seem to be working.
