when it came out ... it didn't let twitter nor FB to run ... I tried everything to get it to run .. it was a waste to load it up I was getting use to IE8 ... it also had issues with the above but at least I found the override ... to make it work I was very happy with IE7?? so, I had to reload my os from backups to avoid the issue of removing IE9 ... recently Win Update forces you to update if u didn't catch it in time to prevent it from installing because they made it a critical update ... oh now it works ... no more complaints ... but one ... it crashes sometimes ... its quirky ... it slow or bit unresponsive ... i don't use IE in general unless a website is dying to need it I am happy with chome or firefox ... if someone wants to add a poll .. please do so ..

Actually MS consider's all releases outside the company to be Release Candidates. Fully functional. Its also really an accounting move so they can deduct their R\D costs. Considering it as beta or a preview would mean its technology that's not ready for production which means they would not be able to deduct their RD costs optimally. This is consider the start of their release cycle. Not something their just dabbling. Everything in timing with their hw manufacturers who need something that's not experimental but the start of a release cycle. Already, my copy has been Windows Updated. That shows it not a preview. Sure this release candidate has an expiry date. But that can be updated through like a service patch or with a new RC version.

What holds back the entire trial is Ravi not explaining his actions and his defense team won't let him take the stand (per reporter opinion) If I were to be on the jury, I could not accept people sharing something that only ravi can tell us on the witness stand. The witness's illustration will not truly depict ravi at all. No one knows him well enough to share what he is like that would convince he was just being naughty. Even if Tyler were alive, the two will be at each other throats until Admin can find them new accommodations and keep them from killing or destroying the place. Perhaps the RA may have to keep the two from physically fighting each other. It's more than the video camming in terms of the invasion of privacy. It's how he found out Tyler is gay. If he is not put on the witness stand, then perhaps his father would be or anyone who contributed to ravi advance knowledge. They would be asked to give a picture of ravi computer ability and what kinds of projects and things he did with his ability. I don't think it just going to be a slap on the wrist with a few hundred hours of community service. That's the goal of his defense. If prosecution can cast the doubt to ravi innocence in the whole matter, then it's going to be interesting through the 6 to 8 weeks. There's more to the trial than just privacy the news said other crimes ... we don't know the entire agenda of the trial. For Molly, it only means she loses one of her summer vacations. That nearly two months full time. That's rather light sentence. Make it the whole summer, three months. This would mean she has to give up her summer job. Still, the question is what kind of community service. I forget what would make a teen work an entire summer when a parent is angry. But I bet if the teen caused this kind of trouble, it probably be more than one summer, especially since this is an Asian family. We tend to punish much more severely than whites.

We don't know if this is one trial or the beginning of many ... but it sure sounds like they want to get it all done ... the question is will this be an eight-week trial? It will be interesting if the Judge and jury learn to hate Ravi and Molly. Gosh your response makes it sound like this is a sporting event ... It's like we should have a score board ... ravi goes free or not? Nothing cut n dry ... lots of interesting things are being said ... If the case is very simple and things are cut n dry .. then it be over in two weeks ... But if there is a very good case ... jury will be wishing they weren't on the case after 6 to 8 weeks. Perhaps if they can prove clementi was out of his mind like from taking prescription drugs that weaken his mind? That might reduce ravi sentence ... Sure it be great to find out what drove or cause him to jump ... its not an easy rational choice to make unless he figured his career is over ... then to get back at ravi ... and end ravi n Molly career with his death? That be an interesting thing to prove ... but you cannot deny that this is the most severe way of being outed!! Has anyone ever been outed at college like this? First there comes to a point that a Vista ready laptop ... may not run Windows 8 .. as well as a Windows 8 ready laptop ... it all depends what MS says it can do or what it needs and your laptop doesn't have .. so it may not perform or it will The big issue of the new sales model is the Market Place deployment of Applications ... Well, if Ravi never gets on the witness stand ... you won't know what kind of person he really is ... its a question if trial turns up ppl that will reveal who Ravi is deep down ... Remember there are people who are trained to not to be blatantly hateful in public ... but all actions done ... judge by silent actions ... and rarely shared thoughts ... there is some form of hate ... or stupid fixation or fetish ... lol ... perhaps Ravi is gay or BI ... and thus if that could be truth on trial ... it would change the trial ... but he is being tried as a straight person ... as for molley ... she had to bargain .. rather than offer testimony ... so I don't think much of her character .. it be nice if her true character is revealed. Post trail thoughts ... if ravi is not a uSA citizen ... will he be deported? Is India watching his trial? Will his own country feel the shame? The other thing is ... the public will forget what the people have done ... but question will ravi and Molly criminal record show they have some judgement or involvement ... I bet somewhere down the line for Molly when she applys for a job .. there is no charge to show on her record and thus no employer will be discriminate ... but for Ravi ... if found guilty ... will that judgement permanently stay on his record when employers check? Thus this be a call for either a Name Change or moving to India ... or to the UK or Canada with a new identity??
