  1. LOL I am never going to find a Darius. LOL
  2. Yeah, I'm leaning towards Anthony Michael Hall.
  3. If you want less handsome (but still the type I'm thinking of) Anthony Michael Hall works. I think Curt was described as being kind of chunky so AMH might be a better pick than James Bond, in all honesty. I also had Terry Serpico in mind. He's not a really a name, but you probably recognize him from something.

    Chapter 72

Zach's insurance must be through the roof.
  5. James Bond for Curtis Buck? He looks like he could the asshole patriarch of a rich family. I did picture Terry Serpico from Army Wives as well. There's a general look I'm thinking of- a natural blond with bright blue eyes and that ruddy complexion they get from living in California.
  6. Chapter 71 -When Will reads Zach's letter to him. "Wonderwall" by Ryan Adams Chapter 72 -When Will and Claire go horseback riding and he helps her come to some realizations. "Sister Golden Hair" by America -When Will and Zach talk on the phone. "God Only Knows" by The Beach Boys
  7. I was watching Night Agent on Netflix and liked this actor's look for Darius. I mean, whatever, it's fun coming up with ethnically ambiguous good-looking guys with a Mr. Cool vibe to play Darius. LOL
  8. Isn't he supposed to be a surfer? It's also the 2000's- tanning was very, very in. I had a friend Brian in 2004 who obviously used a tanning salon in the winter but refused to admit it. LOL But yeah, Asher looks less tan here: One thing I've noticed about teenagers/early 20-somethings is that they don't seem as attached to tanning like my peers were when we were their age. I guess that's a good thing?
  9. Asher Angel's face on a 6'2" body would make a pretty solid Will, I think. The green eyes and the dimples are perfection. Unfortunately most actors that are either teenagers or play them are short. It's funny when you look at photos of Robert Pattinson with the Harry Potter cast and he absolutely towers over them.
  10. My original thought was Olivia Wilde, but she looks like a natural blonde and Madelyn looks more obviously fake. I also had Anya Taylor Joy in mind if you wanted to go for serious bleach, but she has that high fashion model look and I don't think that's what you were going for. Zach would be dating someone more American Eagle like. She looks more like someone JJ and Darius would date. She does look like she could be a bitchy socialite that JJ is best friends with. LOL
  11. Madelyn Cline for Taylor Buck? Mark described her basically as a hot girl with fake blonde hair. She's got a great doll-like face. She reminds me of the girls that my straight guy friends used to drool over in Maxim Magazine when people still read magazines.
  12. Dylan Sprouse (aka my JJ pick) is doing the bad boy thing for some cheesy teen flick. This feels like what would happen if JJ got possessed by Darius with bits of Will thrown in. LOL
  13. I've always pictured Isidore as Anne Bancroft (RIP) She exuded that warm, earthy sensuality and intelligent/classy vibe I've pictured with Isidore. That hair flip? What a star! I don't have any memory of Mark describing Claire's beau but I'll go with Jeremy Piven because he's so good at playing a weasel. LOL
  14. Chapter 69- Method's Fleetwood Mac tribute -When Will talks to Travis on the phone. "Everywhere" by Fleetwood Mac -When Claire's kids go to Will for advice, guns all blazing. "Tusk" by Fleetwood Mac -When Claire realizes that she messed up. "Gold Dust Woman" by Fleetwood Mac -When Will heads off to sleep after setting up the trip to Maui, hopeful after all the current drama. "Don't Stop" by Fleetwood Mac
  15. I'd still say my favorite story you did was Bloodlines. I always liked the "nature vs. nurture" deal with it as you had this blood Hayes show up, but he was raised in a completely different environment as a prim and proper Blue Blood from a very conservative suburb in Ohio. I also just really liked using the late 90's music era. Such a good era. Too bad I'm not really using it now to reflect both the fact that it's a different era and that late 90's music is just passe and not "retro cool" yet. (There's a method to my madness.)

    Chapter 68

Yeah, Claire and Jack have been together for 24 years at this point. They were dating when Be Rad starts in June 1980, right? They got together when Claire was 15 and Jack was 16. They were married with children on the way by 1985- I don't think Claire was even finished with college. Things happen over the course of almost a quarter of a century in a relationship.
  17. Kaitlin Olsen works for me. I used to watch It's Always Sunny with my stoner friend Steve way back when. Didn't know you pictured Claire with pointy features. I just remembered you describing her as a short blonde with big boobs. LOL I had Ian Somerhalder as a previous Jack fancast but I leaned towards James Marsden more recently. Matt Bomer would work as well. (He has more of the square jaw that Colton Haynes has.) If I go with my High School Jack fancast it would be Zac Efron, but his face changed a lot. LOL
  18. My general Claire fancast is Reese Witherspoon because she nails that uptight WASP thing/prom queen in middle age vibe. My general Jack fancast is James Marsden because I have no problem believing that Brad would constantly describe him as pretty. Still looks damn good in middle age.

    Fight

Corbin burned that bridge with Nick, to put it mildly.
  20. He has that lean prettiness I figured a Danfield would have.
  21. Jack Champion is adorable. Maybe a grown up Riley Danfield?

    Chapter 65

I think JJ learned an important lesson. Mainly that he can't manipulate people like Will or Bellona. LOL
  23. I was at a performing arts high school in 2004. If people weren't obsessed with Wicked, they were obsessed with Hairspray. LOL I recently saw a regional performance. Still really fun.

    Chapter 65

The singing diner bit was fun. There was a Johnny Rockets that was open close to me for a few years when I was in middle school, and it was always fun to see them sing "YMCA" or "Night Fever."
  25. Chapter 65 -When Will and Travis triumphantly show off their looks which infuriates JJ. "You Can't Stop the Beat" from Hairspray When JJ goes "Aww, fuck it" and decides to dance to the New Age music. "Sadeness" by Enigma -When Will and Travis go to a singing diner with a bunch of Broadway wannabees. "Night Fever" by the Bee Gees -When Mark Arbour decides to have Travis sing "Surfing USA." "Surfing USA" by the Beach Boys -When Will and Travis learn all about Will's skills, all night long. "Put Your Head on My Shoulder" by Paul Anka -When the gang watches the plane that Travis and Darius were going to be on explode. "You Dropped A Bomb On Me" by the Gap Band
