    I kind of like the idea of Will going to Harvard and being given the Legally Blonde treatment of people underestimating him behind his bubbly Californian exterior. Like since JJ is living The Devil Wear Prada, Will could live Legally Blonde. I do like the idea of USC, though. In all seriousness, never really thought that about Tom Brady. Aaron Rodgers, yes. LOL Also in all seriousness, while Mark does mostly write JJ as living in some kind of romantic comedy (usually the kind that would be distributed by Merchant Ivory and star Emma Thompson somewhere), Will mostly lives in a near constant drama so I don't see Legally Blonde actually happening. lol

    I'm not that into Travis, either, but finding out that he had Zach's car torched made him a lot more interesting IMO. Shades of Wade Danfield but without the genteel polish.

    I don't think he knows that Brad had Bitty killed in order to keep her from taking Darius and JJ in 1995, though. To be fair, Will was about 8 years old during the events of If It Fits. My inner self-destructive 21-year old is very, very attracted to that. LOL I did always like that you had Zach written this way because it made him a lot different from Robbie, who kind of just bobbed around. I'm not saying Robbie was dumb, but he didn't have Zach's cooly predator instincts.

    They're rich. Why would they need to? These characters are freed from the mundane decisions of life because they can literally do whatever they want to because of their wealth. JJ decided he's not going to get a license, get an actual job, or go to college (at this point it's obvious he's not going) because he's rich and doesn't need to. Knowing Will, he's probably going to invest in Postmates and Doordash.

    It's so weird to think that Will would be 36 years old if he were a real person in present day. Maddie and Riley would be 22 years old and done with undergrad, while Robbie II would be in college. (Assuming he goes. I can't see any scenario in which Wade would allow his stepson to not attend college, unless he and Matt aren't together by that time period.) And JP would be getting ready to turn 87 in a few months. Anyway, Travis just got a helluva lot more interesting to me now. He was just a tad too perfect before. I like knowing that he can get down and dirty.

I'm literally just posting him because I think Drew Starkey is cute in that lanky surfer stoner boy way. LOL He just looks like someone I can see being associated with Will.     If you want less handsome (but still the type I'm thinking of) Anthony Michael Hall works. I think Curt was described as being kind of chunky so AMH might be a better pick than James Bond, in all honesty. I also had Terry Serpico in mind. He's not a really a name, but you probably recognize him from something.

    James Bond for Curtis Buck? He looks like he could the asshole patriarch of a rich family. I did picture Terry Serpico from Army Wives as well. There's a general look I'm thinking of- a natural blond with bright blue eyes and that ruddy complexion they get from living in California.

    I was watching Night Agent on Netflix and liked this actor's look for Darius. I mean, whatever, it's fun coming up with ethnically ambiguous good-looking guys with a Mr. Cool vibe to play Darius. LOL

    Isn't he supposed to be a surfer? It's also the 2000's- tanning was very, very in. I had a friend Brian in 2004 who obviously used a tanning salon in the winter but refused to admit it. LOL But yeah, Asher looks less tan here: One thing I've noticed about teenagers/early 20-somethings is that they don't seem as attached to tanning like my peers were when we were their age. I guess that's a good thing?

    Asher Angel's face on a 6'2" body would make a pretty solid Will, I think. The green eyes and the dimples are perfection. Unfortunately most actors that are either teenagers or play them are short. It's funny when you look at photos of Robert Pattinson with the Harry Potter cast and he absolutely towers over them.

    My original thought was Olivia Wilde, but she looks like a natural blonde and Madelyn looks more obviously fake. I also had Anya Taylor Joy in mind if you wanted to go for serious bleach, but she has that high fashion model look and I don't think that's what you were going for. Zach would be dating someone more American Eagle like. She looks more like someone JJ and Darius would date. She does look like she could be a bitchy socialite that JJ is best friends with. LOL

    Madelyn Cline for Taylor Buck? Mark described her basically as a hot girl with fake blonde hair. She's got a great doll-like face. She reminds me of the girls that my straight guy friends used to drool over in Maxim Magazine when people still read magazines.

    Dylan Sprouse (aka my JJ pick) is doing the bad boy thing for some cheesy teen flick. This feels like what would happen if JJ got possessed by Darius with bits of Will thrown in. LOL

    I've always pictured Isidore as Anne Bancroft (RIP) She exuded that warm, earthy sensuality and intelligent/classy vibe I've pictured with Isidore. That hair flip? What a star! I don't have any memory of Mark describing Claire's beau but I'll go with Jeremy Piven because he's so good at playing a weasel. LOL

"Tusk" by Fleetwood Mac -When Claire realizes that she messed up. "Gold Dust Woman" by Fleetwood Mac -When Will heads off to sleep after setting up the trip to Maui, hopeful after all the current drama. "Don't Stop" by Fleetwood Mac

    I'd still say my favorite story you did was Bloodlines. I always liked the "nature vs. nurture" deal with it as you had this blood Hayes show up, but he was raised in a completely different environment as a prim and proper Blue Blood from a very conservative suburb in Ohio. I also just really liked using the late 90's music era. Such a good era. Too bad I'm not really using it now to reflect both the fact that it's a different era and that late 90's music is just passe and not "retro cool" yet. (There's a method to my madness.)
