I am just so impressed by the writing skill. Just blows me away. I went through something similar though I was a lot older. I was in an acute car hospital no memory of how I got there or why. My nurse was Nurse Rachet, oh what a major B. Now, it was so bad they had a robot at the end of the bed to track my movement and alert nurse Rachet. That was, of course, after I had escaped a time or two. Seem they did not care for that. I had no idea where I was or why.

Explosive begining wow. I will read on, wish I knew what dropped on the floor. May come back later, or never. The second set of tire tracks in the snow. So now we have a murder involved.

Homecoming: Crowns, Confessions, and Collateral Damage

So well written. Bringing it all together like that. A big sister like Slone, may be a twin edged sword but got to love her. -

A Catholic Gay Boy’s Guide to Emotional and Eternal Limbo
Cadude commented on Jeff Burton's story chapter in A Catholic Gay Boy’s Guide to Emotional and Eternal Limbo
The wit this story is written with is amazing. I had my own angst as a your adult, if I can remember that far back, though I don't think I can hold the the blessed candle stick to Sky. -
Well, did not see that one coming at all. You know you have a drinking problem when you move to blackout drinking. I'm looking forward to his first AA meeting. 😄
-
Not exactly sure where the author is leading us, however, I remember from one of his other stories, where a pair of lads were rescued by some dragonriders during a thread fall. Here's something I don't understand: why are people so homophobic? I'm nearly 70 and I just don't get it.

One thing I do when I read is look up landmarks and locations - Kings college is something else again. What a beautiful place.

It seems as though in human nature one of the things we need is to feel useful. When we don't feel useful we can kind of make rather stupid decisions. I think Karl needs something to do a job of some sort that would make him feel useful while he's learning English.

The past few weeks my wife and I have been watching historical perspective on world war II. I know that one of the proclamations Hitler made when he invaded Poland was to find the children that looked Arian and to remove them from the homes where they were at so that they could be raised as good Nazis. Usually the parents were killed, unless of course they were of used to Hitler. I'm glad to see our young man has had a turn of good luck and has been mentioned before in the comments I'm hoping his good luck continues.

Here is what I love: because Mawgrim I went back and read the original series again - loved it. This perspective of what happened after they went ahead and from those left behind is new and awesome. 😄

Great chapter! I really dislike individuals with control problems.
-
I have a feeling mom already knew what was up. Which is why they are together now. Great ending to the chapter.
-
So, I'm stepping in late I can see. I really enjoyed this first chapter of the story and setting it up with the uncle in San Francisco is a bit cliche but go for it.

Loved you story and thank you for sharing it with us.

As a result of reading these storiesi decided to read the original again. Turns out it has been Years and Years since I read the Dragon Riders of Pern series. Great to read the classic again and now I am the Dolphins. Since Kylara & Pridith are still in the picture how that will, or if it will go down, and with that the method to get rid of F'drun. Seams it would fit
-
I sort of slipped out of the story when I got caught up last time. Came back found it and have had a great time reading again. Just wish some awful happens to F'drun. I hate a bully. Now, if you know how I can flag your story let me know.

You did a real good job on the story line here and managed some very emotional writing. Well done

Well, at least no Kleenex. Well written scene and could picture it clearly as a loving completion only two lovers know.
-
I gave up counting the Kleenex. This ine has a great deal of personal introspection in that in 1970 my father suffered his first heard attack, I was 18, a year later he died of the second and I was working, going to school and dealing with the draft board. So this kinda hit like a tun of bricks. Now I'm kind of an old man, only because heart treatment has come so far.

I was going to say 8:30pm for dinner with a 2 year old and teenagers, receipe for disaster. Didn't turnout bad though.

Yep, Kyle said he was waiting for something before starting a faiily, now we know what. I liked the setup and lead into family now we se what suprises await.
-
To me Nan getting married is a hoot. However the setup seems to be Levi & Lincoln being foster kids needing A home and two teachers just went to class. I do realize im a couple of years late here.

I realize I'm 3 years behind reading these stories and I'm having a problem. Who is Davis? I don't remember him from the last story. Second, and remember is me again. I had a problem finding the second story here. There were no linkis I could see fro story 1 to 2. I finally opened a authors search and found story 4 and then found two. Can someone tell me if there is an easier way to find stories?
