Love and loss. A short story.

Short, comedy stories by Martin (Clumber)

Conflict between powerful cabals in the City firm causes Mark to leave, with a generous pay off. Tom’s boss, Andrew, a determinedly independent small businessman, convinces him he should put all his resources into setting up a gay guest house, the ‘Goodmans Hotel’ of the title. There he hopes for release from the heartlessly competitive norms of his old working life.

A newspaper's "Problems Page" can often give a fascinating glimpse into people's personal problems...

On a return trip to Cuba, Martin runs into a past love, Leo. Though he thought he had left his passion behind, he is drawn in once more into Leo's circle and the surrogate family that had supported their love. But now he must contend with Leo's little girl that will do anything to keep her daddy by her side.

History is repeating itself. The world is spiralling down, heading towards another destruction. Will the "Bloody Scar" happen again? Who is responsible for this coming catastrophe? Where are the heroes the stories had told of? Who will be able save the world from it's end?

Follow the tale of a young, mysterious thief, and his gathering of companions in a fantasy tale of swords and magic, seeking the answers of the world...

Here is another one of my poems that i happened to save. An ode to my father. I am lucky but hopefully my words will help those who aren't so blessed.
