The Poetry of D/s - 3. For Sir

for all the Sirs i love

1.

You are there.

Solid, honest, and I am Yours

I promised obedience,

I learned to trust,

And You are all to me.

My past is but a story

I have chosen to live here

With you

In the present

2.

In the morning you lay in tangled sheets

And I watch you sleep

My thoughts are drawn to the future

Which frightens me

I lay beside your strong body

You slumber, yet know I need you

For you are there, heavy arms around me

Drawing me to your warmth

Holding me close

Your lips then, on my shoulders, murmuring,

“Don’t be afraid, boy. I am here.”
