“What did the test reveal?” I asked

“It was also kind of fast don’t you think?” JC said

“There is an anomaly in your genetic make-up and it allows you to produce male and female children. I am having your brothers checked too.” Bob said

“What about Trace and Me? We came from Tristan Sr.” JC asked

“Well I guess we should check you too.” Bob said and walked out

“Hello boys” Grandpa Ron said coming into the room followed by Grandpa Tony

“Grandpas’” I shouted

“We had to come see our boys.” Grandpa Tony said

“Where have you been?” I asked

“Well we were back in Ohio with Jerry and Stan.” Grandpa Ron said

“How is everyone doing?” I asked

“Everyone is great; we all sat down and planned the family reunion. We might have to make some changes now that you have septuplets.” Grandpa Ron said

“Where are the little bundles?” Grandpa Tony asked

“With the nurses as apparently we need to rest” I said

“I’ve been exhausted” JC said

“I bet; having children will do that to you.” Grandpa Ron replied

“Any word on our brother’s yet?” I asked

“I’m surprised no one came and told you.” Grandpa Tony said

“Told us what?” I said nervously

“You’re both uncles.” Grandpa Tony said laughing

“Shouldn’t tease them like that Tony” Grandpa Ron said clearly annoyed

“Well they did make us great-grandparents” Grandpa Tony said and I got severely depressed at that statement.

“TJ what is wrong?” Grandpa Ron said taking the chair next to me

“It’s just they will only have one set of Grandparents.” I said tearing up

“It will be ok TJ, we are willing to forego the whole great-grandparents label if you are.” Grandpa Ron said

“I figured but it’s not the same” I said and started to sob more

“He’s become a bit more emotional” Kat said walking in

“Who do you got there” Grandpa Ron asked

“This is T3.” Kat said and the Grandpas’ laughed

“Please tell me little Tristan didn’t name him” Grandpa Ron said

“No TJ and JC both named their children and they have been trying to come up with a nickname to differentiate him” Kat said

“We’ve talked about Jamie or James” JC said

“Those both are nice.” Grandpa Ron said

“So what did you name your other children?” Grandpa Tony asked

“We have Matthew Jaxson, Jayson Tracy, Karson James, Tristan James the 3^rd, Joseph Ronald, Hunter Anthony and Katie Caroline Emily.” I said and saw my grandpas’ smiling

“Well aren’t you both sentimental” Grandpa Ron said with happy tears

“Do we know what names my brothers used?” I asked

“I think you should go visit them and ask them” Kat said

“Sounds like a good idea. Kat, would you mind if they call you grandma too?” I asked

“I would be honored” Kat said smiling

“Do you know where CC is?” I asked

“With your brothers.” Kat replied smiling down at Jamie

“Thanks, honey let’s go visit them” I said and JC joined me along with the grandpa’s going downstairs.

I knocked on the door to what was the delivery room.

“Come in” I heard the nurse say

“Hi everyone” I said walking in

“Grayson, Beau and Trace how are you?” JC said

“Fine” they all said at once

“So how many grand-babies did you guys give us?” Grandpa Ron said

“Yeah did you guys out do TJ and JC?” Grandpa Tony asked

“Well we didn’t give you any granddaughters.” Grayson said

“That’s ok… not everyone is an overachiever like TJ.” Grandpa Ron said and everyone laughed

“Well between the three of us you got six grandchildren.” Beau said

“Six? Each of you had twins?” Grandpa Tony said

“Yes, each of had a set.” Trace replied

“I guess we need to hear the names” I said

“Well mine are Ronald James and Grayson Joseph Jr.” Grayson said

“Mine are Anthony Brayden and Lucas Jordan Jr.” Beau said

“Well I had the hardest time; I went with Stanley Jaxson and Jerry Tracy” Trace said

“All very good names” Grandpa Ron said

“I am glad you chose to honor your father Lucas” Kat said

“We talked about it and we knew it could be controversial but he was still my dad” Lucas said

“I agree and I am proud of each of you.” Kat said

“So how about we have a huge celebration?” Bob said

“Party?” Tristan said walking in

“Yes little man a party” I replied

“Will there be cake?” Tristan asked

“I don’t know little man.” I replied

“Brudder it not a party without cake” Tristan said

“Well then let’s have cake” Bob said

“I thought the quote was let them eat cake?” Grayson said

“What?” Tristan said confused

“Don’t worry bud you’ll learn about it later in history class” I said

“Ok brudder.” Tristan said

“So let me go talk to Kaiden and work out the details” Bob said

“Not possible” CC said coming in

“What do you mean?” Bob asked

“He left with Cam yesterday and hasn’t returned” CC said

“Oh jeez.” Bob said

“Guys I can tell you Cam will give Kaiden a run for his money. That boy has a sex drive that is out of this world. He used to joke that’s why he was bisexual so he had more partners.” Grayson said laughing

“Well we will have to plan it ourselves.” Bob said

“Who’s going to cook?” I asked

“TJ I’m offended… do you not remember that I can cook?” Grandpa Tony said

“Well I know you can and now you got your army to cook for” I said smiling

“I may need you and JC to join me” Grandpa Tony said

“Can’t Ron help?” Kat asked

“If you want edible food, no he can’t” Grandpa Tony said laughing

“Since everyone is here I have a bit of an announcement” JC said

“What’s on your mind son” Jack replied

“So since the paperwork was filed to change my last name to Michaels I want you guys to call me Jackson.” He said

“That might be difficult” I said

“Well I will use that name professionally; JC Woolery but I want to be just Jackson at home” he said

“Ok, just Jackson” I said smartly

“Smart ass” Jackson said

“It’s time to go plan our celebration party” Bob said

“Let’s leave the boys to talk” CC said

“Um CC, could I ask you a question.” I said

“Sure TJ, what can I do for you?” CC replied

“I ummm want to know if the kids could call you Grandma instead of Aunt CC.” I said sheepishly

“TJ I would be honored.” CC said

“I want all the children to feel loved” I said

“I know you’ve had some difficulty the last couple of days with your parents not being here. It shows how much you’ve matured.” CC said

“Thanks CC” I replied

“So TJ, what’s next on our adventure?” Grayson asked

"Parenthood" I replied
