A beautiful letter, that says what alot of us would love to say to Carlos.

Carlos was a friend and mentor to so many, but his legacy as an author will remain in his CJ stories.

i wasn't sure what to say to you, chris. i think thank you first of all. It's very sweet of you to leave this review. i still find it hard to believe he's gone. Carlos was just so huge a personality. He made me laugh and think and sometimes made me mad! But that was all part of knowing him. i remain grateful for that each day.

A letter elegantly written and beautifully poignant.  A letter many of us wish we had written while Carlos was with us.

Thank you for leaving this kind review. As i said to chris, it's still very hard to believe Carlos is no longer here. We were all damned lucky to have him and the body of work he's left here.

A wonderful and touching tribute to a great author and a terrific friend.  I believe Tim has shared the feelings that a great many of us are still feeling as we deal with the loss of Carlos.   I hope Carlos is able to realize how much he's missed and what a great hole he left in many of our lives, now that he is no longer with us and we will never be able to read any of his new stories or chat with him again.

Thank you, Bill. C was a special guy. He had a wonderful sense of humour, and he'd be happy to know how much he was missed. However, his loss still brings a tear to my eye when I read some of the tributes to him.
