"A Summer Love" is the 6th installment in the Chronicles of an Academic Predator series. The story moves to 1991, the year that the Soviet Union dissolved and Jeffrey Dahlmer was caught eating other men.

George Granger has been separated from his command, and how finds himself in limbo, waiting for Valiant to return. In the meantime, the Admiralty has found other things for him to do.
