What Happened:
After the Cage was unlocked, Michael, in his human vessel of Adam Milligan, left the deepest level of Hell to return to Earth. Michael wants to seek out the Winchesters for vengeance and information about what happened. Adam is left feeling empty. Dean left him behind and saved only Sam, so he doesn’t want to confront them and acknowledge their rejection of him.
