January Classic Author Feature: The Long Way by DomLuka

New month, new year, new round of features of stories by GA's Classic Authors from years gone by! So many loved stories from the past are missed by current readers, so we like to feature the great stories by promoted authors so they don't fade into obscurity. Now this month's story... well, it may be one of THE classicest of classic stories on GA, lol, and is still loved by many.

I think this story and its sequel "In the Fishbowl" are my favorite stories on GA.  You can't go wrong with any of Dom Luka's stories, but these two in particular are outstanding reading.

I think "classicest" needs to be the word of the day :gikkle:

I know I read this one, and it’s slowly coming back to me. A bit fuzzy on the details, but I know I liked it. think I need to read it again...

I've read this story a couple of times, and I think it's time for another one. Highly recommended.

An awesome story by an awesome author. :)  If you haven't read it yet, you're missing out on a real gem.

Wow I’ll never forget when I stumbled upon Don’s stories in my early days on GA.  Is it weird to get nostalgia from 2015?  I mean it’s been 5 years, but it sure doesn’t feel like it.  I think Dom is one of those authors I always hope will just show back up on here one day, and finish his few stories that were left in progress.  Anyway, this is a great story, one that definitely deserves a read or reread.
